I’ve been meaning to put together a Birthday Freebie list for a long time! While getting it ready I realized there are quite a few restaurants that give you free item coupons and other promotional offers, just for signing up, so please keep in mind this list is NOT just for Birthday freebies! If I were you, I would go ahead and sign up for ALL the restaurants in your area. This is a great way to save money when dining out. Its also fun to be able to take your kids out for a treat, while still doing it in a frugal way!

So here goes (not in any specific order)…

• Captain D’s-Join the Captain D’s club and you’ll receive a welcome email along with a coupon good for a FREE Fish & Fries or a FREE Chicken & Fries for joining.

• Moe’s Southwest Grill- Join Moe’s eworld and get a FREE Burrito on your birthday and other news and offers in your inbox.

• Planet Smoothie-Sign up for their e-mail newsletter and get notices about promotions, events, and new products, plus, from time to time, freebies from the Planet. When I signed up, I got a Free smoothie coupon on my Birthday!

• Great American Cookies-Join CookiE-mail and get exclusive offers, Birthday surprises and more.

• Johnny Rockets-Join the Rocket E-Club and receive a Free Hamburger with purchase of any hamburger or sandwich, starter and drink. You will also be updated periodically on special offers, featured promotions and more!

• T.G.I. Friday’s-Sign up for the Give Me More Stripes recognition program and every time you eat at participating Friday’s locations, you’ll earn stripes! You will also get a one time skip to the front of the line pass, as well as, a coupon for a FREE appetizer or dessert! There are quite a few other program perks too!

• Dairy Queen-Sign up for the Blizzard Fan Club and get a buy one get one free Blizzard coupon. You will also receive other special offers and Blizzard Treat news!

• Buca di Beppo- Join the Buca di Beppo eClub to receive exclusive offers and other great announcements. As an eClub member you’ll receive a welcome offer, a free birthday dessert, and a treat for your anniversary!

• Red Robin- Join the Red Robin E-Club and receive a gift just for signing up, a FREE burger on your Birthday and all the latest Red Robin news!

• Texas Roadhouse- Sign up to be a Texas Roadie VIP and get delicious gifts and other fun stuff! You can entertain your kiddos over here with free games, puzzles and more!

• Fuddruckers-Join the Fudds club to begin receiving monthly emails filled with special offers, discounts, news and promotions! I also received a FREE shake coupon on my birthday!

• Carino’s Italian- Join the Carino’s family, as a member you will receive up-to-date information including coupons, events, and activities! I received a free dessert coupon on my Birthday too!

• Black Angus Steakhouse- Sign up for the Black Angus Prime Club and receive a complimentary dessert for joining and a free steak dinner for your birthday! You will also be the first to receive all the latest Black Angus Steakhouse news and special offers straight to your inbox!

• Cold Stone Creamery- Join Cold Stone Creamery’s Birthday Club and receive a FREE ice cream Creation on your birthday!

• Baskin Robbins- Sign up for the Baskin Robbins Birthday Club and receive a FREE 2.5 oz. scoop on your Birthday!

• Ben & Jerry’s-Be a Chunk Spelunker to receive special offers, promotions and more!

• Boston Market- Become a Boston Market VIP club member and receive exclusive offers all year long including a $3.00 off your next purchase coupon just for signing up. You will also receive a special treat on your Birthday!

• Burger King- Have your kiddos join Club BK to get great offers at participating Burger King Restaurants plus cool birthday surprises on their special day!

• California Pizza Kitchen- Register on CPKids to snag your children a FREE CPKids meal during their birthday month (age 10 or under).

• Carrows- Join Carrows E-Club and receive a FREE Dessert just for joining. You will also receive other special offers and coupons via email!

• Denny’s- Become part of the Denny’s Kids Birthday Club and your child will receive a Birthday Card entitling them to a free kid’s entree and sundae!

• HomeTown Buffet- Join their Club and get a FREE Buffet Meal just for joining! You will also receive special offers and more via email, including a Birthday coupon and Anniversary coupon!

• Marie callender’s- Join Marie Callender’s E-Club and start receiving exclusive email offers for your birthday and wedding anniversary. You’ll also receive exciting announcements about our upcoming featured pies, and member-only special offers you can share with your family and friends!

• On The Border- Join Club Cantina and get an instant coupon for a FREE bowl of Queso or Empanadas when you sign up. They will also send you news and special offers, so you’ll always know what’s sizzling at On The Border.

• Quiznos- Register for Quiznos Email offers and receive exclusive Quiznos offers and promotions, plus a coupon for a FREE SAMMIE. You will also get a FREE COOKIE coupon on your Birthday!

• Red Lobster- Join The Fresh Catch Club and get exclusive discounts, benefits, updates, promotions and sweepstakes via e-mail. You will receive FREE cake on your Birthday too!

• Taco Bell- Sign up for the GenXmex Birthday club and get a FREE combo meal during the month of your Birthday (ONLY valid for 28 locations throughout Missouri and Illinois).

• Tony Roma’s- Join the Roma Rib Expert Club and get all the latest scoop on promotions, news and special offers from Tony Roma’s. All delivered right into your inbox. You may receive a FREE dessert coupon on your Birthday too!

• Buffalo Wild Wings- Join the Buffalo Wild Wings Club to receive special promotions, news and more! I also received a FREE Dessert (with a $5 purchase) coupon on my Birthday!

• Qdoba Mexican Grill- Join their eclub and receive cool stuff like exclusive discounts, invitations to special event parties, and free Qdoba food. They will even send you a voucher for free chips n’ salsa just for signing up. Plus, you can look forward to a big surprise on your birthday. (Hint: It’s fast, fresh and made right in front of you.)

• Ponderosa Steakhouse- Join their eclub and receive a special offer on your birthday, as well as other offers throughout the year!

• Old Spaghetti Factory- Join Old Spaghetti Factory Kids Club and your children will get a free kids meal on their birthday. They also send out special offers too!

• Chuck E. Cheese- Join the Chuck E-Club and receive their best one-time special offer plus exclusive coupons, promotions and birthday specials!

• Romano’s Macaroni Grill- Sign up for the Mac Pack to hear the first word on their chefs’ latest creations, and get a FREE appetizer and more!

• Dave and Buster’s-As a Dave & Buster’s Rewards members you’ll get FREE games, special discounts, savings on game play and more. Receive $10 in game play just for signing up too!

• Del Taco- Join Del Taco’s Raving Fan eclub and get lots of FREE food! Right after joining you will receive a coupon for two free chicken soft tacos, on your Birthday a FREE premium shake and other exclusive promotions!

• Lonestar Steakhouse- Join their E-Club (in the lower right hand corner) and get a free lunch or dinner, up to $15 on your Birthday! (Thanks, StayAtHomeMom!)

• O’Charley’s- Sign up for O’Charley’s e-Club and receive new promotions, events and other offers all year long! Every message is delivered right to your in-box. The best part is you will receive a gift for joining, as well as, one on your Birthday!

• Chevy’s Fresh Mex-(regional Midwest chain) will give you free ice cream and a sombrero on your birthday. No club to register for, you just tell the server. For kids, they have a club you can sign up for, kids get a free kids’ meal on their birthday. The sign-up form is on the paper kids’ menu. (Thanks, Christy!)

• Wienerschnitzel- Just join Wienerschnitzel Wiener Lovers Club to get in on exited news and offers all year long… PLUS they will send you a coupon in your welcome message for a FREE Chili dog with ANY purchase coupon. There are lots of inexpensive items on their menu, so it should be easy to score a very inexpensive meal!

• Corner Bakery Cafe- Sign up for the Corner Bakery ecafe and you will receive a coupon for a FREE fresh baked cookie in your welcome email! Check Corner Bakery Cafe locations here.

• Majors Sports Cafe- Sign up for Majors Sports Cafe Special offers and they will keep you informed about upcoming events, exclusive offers and other news. In addition, they’ll send you a $5.00 gift certificate good at ALL Majors Sports Cafe locations just for signing up! Check locations here.

• RaceTrac- Sign up with RaceTrac Rewards and they will send you an email almost instantly after registering with a FREE printable drink coupon. I just got mine for a FREE 32 oz. fountain drink but other people have reported getting 20 oz FREE hot beverage coupons.

• Champps- Join the Champps Fan Club and get a FREE Cheeseburger or Appetizer of your choice, no purchase necessary! Just go here and fill out their form to join. You should receive a welcome message with the coupon in your email shortly. Check Champps locations here!

• Bob Evans- Join BE-Mail (Bob Evans email updates) and you will receive a FREE kids meal and Drink offer in your confirmation email! You will also hear about other great promotions and have the opportunity to provide feedback on test products through an on-line consumer survey!

• Smoothie King- sign up to join the Smoothie King community. You will be among the first to receive frequent discounts, promotions and news. You will also get a FREE 20 oz Smoothie with the purchase of a 20 oz. Smoothie coupon in your welcome email.

• Mimi’s Cafe- Join Mimi’s Eclub and receive a FREE breakfast for joining! You will also get members only access to special offers and more. You will receive a welcome message in your inbox with your free breakfast entree coupon.

• Noodles & Company- Sign up for Noodlegrams and you’ll get the latest news and deals. You will also receive a free dish on your birthday and a surprise on your Noodlegram anniversary too! I also received a money saving coupon in my welcome email.

• Scooter’s Coffeehouse- Register your email to get a FREE drink from Scooter’s Coffeehouse. Check Scooter’s locations “Bull Ring” email club and get a FREE Entree on your birthday. You will also receive info on other upcoming and fun promotions! (Thanks, Hunnybee!)

• Melting Pot- Just simply register to be a Club Fondue member and they will send you a FREE chocolate Fondue coupon just for signing up!

• Wendy’s- Sign up for Wendymail and you’ll get a $1 coupon via email within the next few days. This may not seem like a lot, but you’ll easily be able to snag an inexpensive or possibly FREE treat for your kiddos or yourself! Think small frosty or french fries… yum! (Thanks, AThriftyMom!)
