couldn’t get the free shipping, and then I reset it, and now it doesn’t say anything about the ham/free shipping
They just changed it. I saw the free ham pop up in my cart, but when I went through Paypal it changed it to $17.49. So I stopped my transaction.
i picked out some seasoning…and thne went to the check out and the ham appeared… i didnt send it thru because i wanted to order another seasoning after not finding one i wanted, i went back to the checkout and the free ham was gone from my order…very odd…

I got the ham and free shipping but when I printed my order confirmation, it says nothing about the ham. I’m going to call them.

I just got an e-mail that my order has been canceled because you cannot have free shipping and a free ham in the same order (combined). I wrote back and told them the website automatically did this, not me, and that I want my order reinstated.
I just received an email from Omaha….

Same here, I’m pretty sure they had it linked on their home page…free shipping and free ham with any purchase. I see the large yellow “free shipping” banner has been removed from their home page. Seems like a very poor excuse to cover up their mistakes.
I got the same email about them cancelling my order. I wrote them back to. It seems to me that they need to keep to their word.
I ordered the seasoning and it went through, now I get an email saying they canceled my order due to double dipping specials?

When I initially placed my order this morning, I was filled with a sense of awe and wonder, as if standing at the edge of the Grand Canyon. Some people only dream of receiving a free ham at their doorstep; today that dream, my dream, had seemingly become a reality.
But the winds of fortune can sometimes be unkind. And with one cold, cruel mouse click, everything had been taken away from me. There is an overwhelming sense of emptiness that comes with knowing there will be no knock at the door signaling the arrival of an intricately packaged pig product.
What does not kill us, only makes us stronger. And so I will cope as best I can, finding solace within the reliable aluminum walls of a can of Spam.
