    Wow, you got that pretty fast. Thanks again…I have been calling them and they escalate my call and then I have to call again. I just called again yesterday, and they are escalating it again (the guy said they might be out of them)…I must have gotten lost in the shuffle. They are sending me a coupon, and I’m hoping there’s a chance I will still get the tote, but if you got yours in mid May, the chances aren’t good…oh well. Enjoy your tote.
