Slow does not begin to describe this web site. I would never wait this long to process a real order, but free is free and since I was on my computer anyway doing my daily coupon blog reading and coupon printing I gave it a shot. (Thank goodness for multiple tabs!!) After 2 hours I finally completed my order and then in 2 minutes I got my e-mail confirmation. Don’t think this is going to be a real good way for this site to gain new customers.
I have been trying on and off since this deal was first posted! I keep getting it into my shopping cart, but when I go to enter in my shipping info, it says that my cart is empty! Oh well, they are probably out anyway. 🙂

Just a heads up for vegetarians out there: this product contains carmine which is made from insects. I ordered this palette a while ago when they were doing this promo before, and was disappointed to see it among the ingredients.
Anyone else get a Windows Security warning saying the Security Certificate was issued to another web address and a warning to not continue to the webpage because it might be someone trying to intercept the information being sent? Woosh! That was weird!

Got it to go through this morning after dealing with an extremely slow website last night. Hopefully it was worth the wait. Their website says that if they don’t have enough, they will cancel your order so you really don’t know if you received it or not even after that long wait.

this site is so slow, I would never order anything I had to pay for from them!! I can hardly stand this!!! It’s been “stuck” for over an hour!!!
Its 9:48am Pacific on the 30th, and its still messed up lol. I thought for sure it would be easier the next day. I can’t even get the checkout to come up.
Placed order this morning but still not receipt for order. I did receive the order receipt for the other free sample-wonderful tonight sample.
i cant get passed the checkout section.

Thought I’d share some advice on this. I got in on this today 12/30, so it’s still available. I’ve read a lot of comments where people say they are stuck on certain pages. I found that although it literally took me an hour or two to do, as long as once you hit submit…leave it to do it’s thing, it will go to the next page….make sure not to click on anything or refresh, it won’t time out. I eventually got my confirmation email and boy do I feel like it’s worth gold or something lmao!
I went through the entire process and then a Google error page came up. I have to start over!
It took me about 3 hours but I did manage to get it ordered..I just hit the button and waited..didnt have to refresh any..!
Oh my goodness… I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited just for it to give me an error message requiring that I start all over. I did it twice (combined 5 hours) and it still did not work. 🙁 Thanks for the lead!

I just got the lip pallet today and had to pay $0.87 for shipping… apparently the postage they paid was short. It’s ok.. $0.87 for the pallet is not bad at all! It’s pretty… it doesn’t come with the lip brush, correct??
Just got mine today! I didn’t think it went through, so when I saw the package I was like… whats this!? I am a little disappointed that it didn’t come with a lip brush 🙁
