Is the soap buddies a trial size? The coupon for the bay product excludes trial size, but the coupon for the body care product does not.
I tried to use this coupon on the soap this morning at Target, but was told by the very nice checker that Johnson & Johnson have re-keyed the coupon to not work on the soap any longer. She tried it anyway, and sure enough, it beeped. Don’t know about the other stores!

The soap buddies bars on not travel/trial size, so you can use the coupon. I have used $1/1 Johnson’s baby coupons numerous times to score FREE soap buddies! 🙂

i’m thinking it beeped because probably it is like 98 cents or something. i’ve gotten lots of these! that would stink if it truely didn’t work
My kids love these. Am hoping to pick up a bunch of these. Seriously hope they haven’t rekeyed it.
At Walgreen’s I think I remember seeing small lotions on the end of an aisle for only 99 cents. So the 1/1 body care product could make for free lotion! YAY!
Christy- Cashiers at target are told very little(former cashier). They have them so scared about their jobs and coupons. Long story short with Christmas sales if the cashier would have just hit the F1 key to accept coupons. I would have been out of store 25 min. faster and no manager would have been brought in. The same results would have happened. Hit F1 or hand key in all coupons. It was crazy!! Let alone trying to explain that 25% on something that is 50% of does not equal 75% off!!! Then she went over to my friend who works there and gripes(didn’t know i used to work there) and says all that over 50 cents. Yes times 20!!!!
Said all this to say. She may be telling the truth but really it is so easy to accept a coupon with the F1 button when it beeps (why is there an over ride button in the system if they don’t want you to use it?). I don’t know why they stress coupon fraud so much at Target. Couponing is more popular but only 1% of all coupons printed are used.
My cashier tried to do to the same thing at Target. Take the 50% item price and take and additional 25% off to make it 75%. I argued for 10 minutes until the lady behind me said I was right, thank goodness she was a Target cashier trying to check out her own purchases!
I just bought some soap buddies last night and had no problems, it did beep but he just pushed it through. I agree it beeps probably cuz they’re $0.97 and the coupon is for $1.
I tried using the same coupons a Walmart last night and was told that I couldn’t use it on the soap buddies. I am wondering if I could push it thru Target? Has anyone else tried this at other stores besides walmart or Target?
It says on ANY bay baby product so it should of worked at Walmart….. humm

The J&J coupon I found & printed says “any Johnsons Body Care products. I believe there are two different coupons printable one that says baby & the other is body.

I tried to buy the Soap Buddies at Target for .97 each and use the $1 coupon, and the cashier would not let me. She said I couldn’t use a coupon with a higher value than the product was.

They’ve always adjusted the coupon down and Ive never had any problems with it! HTH!
Why not just take the coupon to Rite Aid this week and use the BOGO coupons on Stayfree and Nivea lip care (for those who have more than one), the $5 coupon on a$25 or $5 on a $20 video values, get the $2.99 J&J for $1.99 (x2) and find a filler….you’ll pay nothing!
I was able to get my two soaps today for $.06 each. Still not a bad deal!
The Target in Bonney Lake, WA was wiped clean.. none in the back either I checked!! Tells me that the coupon works! I went to Walmart and got the last two.. no probs with the coupons! Fred meyer had them for 1.29.. I went ahead and got 2 more.. I figure .58 cents for 4 soaps is still amazing!
Target would not let me use the coupon, because it wouldn’t scan. IT says for any baby product, and they argued with me that that isn’t one of them. I used it a different time and had no problem.
So excited for this coupon so I can stock up. I’m going to try WalMart since they are cheaper than Target. Thanks!

What part of the store do you find this soap??? I was in my WM tonight and couldn’t find it in the soap section (which happened to also have lots of baby J&J stuff, too) and the actual baby section I’m beginning to think I’ll never find this soap!
I found it in the baby/diaper section HOWEVER.. it is supposed to be in the front by the Makeup/Bubblebath for kids and bath salts section etc.

I just printed out some more a few hours ago and worked fine for me.. are you printing from Red Plum? Maybe the print limit was reached!?
Lauren, I found them near the cosmetics area at my Walmart, there is a section for children’s bath supplies and it was right next to the bubble bath.
The same coupon was in my newspaper so I picked up SIX! They were .97 cents at my Walmart so I received an .18 cent overage, awesome!

I found the coupon too in the RP insert of 1/3, so if anyone had purchased a newspaper you can look there too! I was excited when I discovered it. haha.
Megan, maybe you were able to print the Body Care Products coupon and not the Baby one? There are 2 on Red Plum.

mine says coupon expired as well. i was so excited for this because we NEVER get these in our paper, so to be able to print them would have been nice. so annoyed.
I printed them from home last night with no problems but right now at 7:30 a.m. trying to print from work I’m getting the ‘expired’ message. At least I’ll get two!

has anyone tried using the Johnson’s BODY care coupon on the soap buddies? I was just curious since the baby coupons were being accepted and these technically aren’t baby care products if the body care would work also?

I JUST tried to use it, and they would not let me use it because of what it said. I don’t have the coupon on me now. But because of the wording, she did not want to use it. Oh well. I have a 8 month old, I’ll still use that coupon.
I tried several Walmarts, but I finally found one that had the soap buddies. They were only .50, so you could get 2 with your $1.00 off coupon. Yay.
