I’m on a spending freeze…….. but I want the Dyson All Floor!! Geez this is tough….to buy or not to buy!?! After all the discounts and cash back from shopathome it would only cost $256 for a $424 vaccum!!

    • Lana says:

I would buy the Dyson-you never see a price like that. I’ve had mine for about 4 years and I don’t regret spending the money for it. You will amazed at how much dirt it picks up. Our previous vaccuum had a nonwashable filter and the replacements were $30 every year-so just the washable filter on the Dyson saves money.

Is the 10% off only on home items?

To get the 10% cash back from Shopathome… become a fan of them on facebook and click on the ad on the facebook page…

I already have a Dyson. I love it!! I think I am going to get my sister for her birthday. They have the DC24 on clearance for $364 so after teh discounts and cash back, I’m looking at $267.20 for a $500 vacuum. She’ll love me! :)

Dyson vacuums are the best :)

    • Consumer Reports rated them as one of the worst.

      • Lana says:

My experience with Dyson has been all good, I don;t trust Consumer Reports because some of the products they recommend are junk.

      • Amy says:

I have 2 Orecks and love them. Originally wanted a Dyson but after researching them, heard many bad things about them, LOVE my Orecks! Worth every penny!

    • Peggy says:

i have had my Dyson for over 6 years & LOVE it! I had seriously gone through about 5 vacuums prior to my Dyson & would never go back to anything else. It is incredibly durable, easy-to-use (my four year old loves vacuuming with it!) & has the most amazing attachments. I know several people with Dyson’s & they all love them too. And, my parents have an Oreck & wow is it awful! They hate theirs, but paid a fortune for it, so are stuck with it for now.

  • Amy B. says:

I added a few items to my cart just to check this out. On a total order of $135 shipping was going to be $78! :O. This is probably only a good deal if you can find the items with free shipping (which are not the clearance items)

  • Abby says:

I just paid $143 for 2 side tables ($90 each) for my living room!! This shipping alone was going to be $60. I have been wanting these tables since before Christmas! Good things come to those who wait!!!! Thank you hip2save.com (I love this site; I check it no less than 5 times a day while at work)

  • Debbie says:

At checkout, it would not let me apply the Target promotional code, saying it could not be used with my purchase. I called, and the customer service agent said the coupon code was for electronic items only…..not furnishings, etc.

I do not believe this is accurate, but is anyone else having trouble?

    • Abby says:

I used it with no problems on end tables for my living room.

      • Jenn says:

I called them also because I ordered two roundabout chairs and the code did not take. The representative told me that each item will tell you if there is “free shipping, Save 10% if you spend $100 or more”. My chairs only said free shipping, therefore I was not able to get the 10% even though it was over $100. In addition, I was not able to use the 15% promotion code. But I think if you find the right items, you may be able to find a really good deal. Good luck!

  • Jessica says:

I just bought a Dyson, originally 449.00. I paid $287.00 shipped. I am so excited about this deal because I have been searching for months now and this is truly a deal for this model of Dyson. Thank you Collin!!!!!!

    • jen says:

I went to by the same dyson you did and it sold out while i was checking out, lol. I have been waiting on a post for vacuums. Thank you so much

I have been waiting for a deal like this and I can’t do it this month :( We are going on a mini Holiday. I guess I am still happy to get out of town.

  • Janae says:

We just bought a Bissell vacuum from Lowe’s since we had a gift card, but I was looking at the Dyson wishing I could justify a $400 vacuum to my husband…. Of course 2 days later after we have opened and used our Bissell the Dyson is on sale at Target. We possibly could have got a Dyson for around $280. I now have hope that when our Bissell breaks in a couple of years that the Dyson’s are possible to get on sale!! Thank you!

  • Sarah says:

FYI – I just placed an order for my mom for a Dyson sweeper and everything went through beautifully. I then decided that I wanted the same sweeper but when I went back in and tried to do it again, it wouldn’t let me use the 15% code. I logged out and created a new account and it let me use it. Don’t understand why but just thought I’d pass it along :)

  • Amanda says:

Yay!! Got my H2O Ultra Steam Mop for $87 shipped! Much better the $123 shipped from the company. Thanks!

  • Lindsay says:

Are there any Target employees out there that are able to use thier discount on this deal? I have a co-worker that has a part time job at Target, so I’m wondering if he could make this an even sweeter deal for me!

  • Andi says:

I can’t get the 15% off to work… I have no idea why?

  • Kelly W says:

Bummer! I was going to get the Wii Fit Plus – Out of stock. :o (

  • Jodi says:

I have had a Dyson for about 5 years now, the older generation one, I think it’s a DC14. I bought it because I had two cats at the time. Best vacuum ever! This thing is a beast, it sucks up hair, paper, crumbs, anything and everything. I use the attachments to clean the baseboards of dust and our plantation shutters. Works like a charm.

I have no idea why Consumer Reports rates it so poorly, though to be honest, I think CR information is really starting to be suspect with me. They did a huge thing on car seats and car seat safety, but they would not list the conditions that they did them in. So take CR with a grain of salt.

This thing has not lost suction and I have had no issues with it in 5 years! I now have 2 dogs (both cats died of old age :( ) and my Dyson is still going strong. When and if this thing dies, I would have no issues spending that much on one again.

    • Brandy says:

We have a Dyson as well. We love it for the same reasons you do. When we got it, we had 3 large breed dogs (one has since passed) and I was having to vacuum all of the time with our old (and I mean really OLD) vacuum. At the same time we had a toddler girl. Once it died, my husband went out and bought a Dyson. I about freaked when I saw how much he spent. Though, I remember the first time we used the Dyson on a floor that we thought was pretty clean. Oh my goodness…the stuff that was sucked up that day had me horrified. So much so that I dreamed that we still had our old vacuum and my daughter was constantly getting covered with fur (think gorilla…it wasn’t a fun dream at all) The whole time I thought my floors were pretty clean because I was vacuuming so much…now I know they are clean when I use my Dyson. And I’d gladly pay the same price again!

LOVE my dyson too!!!! It is amazing i would spend 600 for one! Worth every penny. We have the one on the ball and it is so fun to use!!!!

  • Amanda says:

Just bought my daughter a dresser and nightstand for her room. We just converted her to the big girl room because we needed her crib and all the nursery furniture for the new baby. Got a very nice dresser and nightstand that were origionally $400 not including shipping for $177. That is over 50% off.. I love it!!!

15% didn’t work for me either. I see from previous posts that maybe it is only on electronic things? Where is the code listed so we can see what the exclusions are?

  • Anonymous says:

I just tried it on a ipod because the touch is on sale but it wouldn’t let me use the code said unavailable on my purchase, bummer

  • Meghan says:

I heard you can’t combine the shopathome cash back and also use a discount code on your purchase. its one or the other :(

Also wanted to say thanks for passing this along. We have been looking at the Dyson for awhile and this gave us the reason to get it. I got the DC25 (reg. $549) for $432 shipped, plus used my Discovercard to get the 5% cash back. Thank you so much!

  • Erin says:

It’s like you read my mind. I need a vacuum and I wanted a Dyson, and I finally decided that they’re just too expensive, especially considering how much I hate vacuuming, but I ordered a $549 vacuum that should be around $377 plus tax after ShopAtHome (if I did it right–gulp!–otherwise, it goes back to Target!). Not exactly a steal, but I spent nearly that much on a Kenmore that has had a plethora of problems, and I figured if there is a remote chance that this one will make vacuuming easier so that I’ll be willing to do it more often, then it’s worth it. The best part is that there’s really no risk, since shipping’s free and it can be returned to any Target. Thanks so much! Now I need a deal on little boy’s sneakers. . . . : )

  • Erin says:

Check your Shop At Home accounts if you purchased anything. I didn’t get the double cash back. I got a bit more than 5%. I have no idea where they came up with that number, so I emailed them.

  • Emily says:

I got my DC-14 Dyson the other day and so far we love it! Thanks so much for highlighting these deals Colin! My husband has been wanting one for forever and since he does most of the cleaning I was happy to find this for him. :)
