My Meijer only takes two like coupons per transaction, so almost free cheese for me!
That is kinda weird. Why is that?
You should get a copy of meijers coupon policy because it clearly states that it will take one manufacturer coupon per item AND one mealbox coupon per item. So as long as you aren;t trying to use two coupons per item they are required to take your coupons. This is NOT just a store to store deal. I would make a fuss about it if you aren’t being let use more than a few coupons. Good luck!
When I said “like” I meant the same exact kind of coupon, not man. and store. They do stack w/o any problems.
Right BUT I still think the others are right – some Meijer’s only double two like Q per transaction which is policy i think BUT my Meijer doesn’t double. I use 10 of the same Q in one transaction if that’s how many I have. Their Q policy doesn’t say anything about limiting Q.
It has been stated on another blog that catalinas were not printing today (30th). They may have ended the promtion early due to next week’s sale. Good Luck!
My sister said she hers didn’t print out and so she went to the help desk and they wrote her out one! Worth the try if ever that happens to anyone again!!
True, I’ve had to do that too. Sometimes though they are unaware of when a deal starts and ends. If it’s not posted than most people are out of luck. There is a way they can look it up in the system, if you are stern enough. Luckily for this deal I had a printed catalina stating this promotion. I learned from the past to hold on to these!
If you don’t have the coupons from the inserts, you can still print these on coupons.com- they have reset. I’m planning on doing three separate transactions tomorrow- I hope they roll, but if not, its still free cheese! I’ll update my blog tomorrow and let you know if it’s still printing!

I couldn’t do this offer. It said print limit reached after i printed 2 not 3. The smart source site didn’t have a cheese coupon.

YES! it does! I do it all the time. It is fine, and it only takes a few minutes for it to thaw out to use.

When you freeze it, How long will it last then?
if you call the company they will tell you. Otherwise I know I have used mine 6 months later in a recipe.

Just got back from Meijer and it works! Wasn’t sure if they would end the catalina deal early, but they didn’t. They’ve done that before.
It worked at my Meijer, too!! Scored 18 packages of shredded cheese and 5 cream cheese – FREE! I’m so excited!! 🙂 Went really early this morning so I could avoid the lines at the self check-out and do 5 transactions. The clerk was even impressed – and didn’t even get mad at me when I needed her help 4 times because the $5 cat wouldn’t scan on my next purchase.

mine wouldn’t print a catalina when I bought the cheese. The cust service desk said you can’t use any coupons during the transaction AND get a catalina. HELP!! How can I fight them on this???
I just went to Meijer in Illinois and found that our sale does not start until Thursday. So, today was the last day for the catalina but I would have had to 2.67 on each cheese. Thursday I can get 6 cheeses for $5 but no catalina 🙁
If it makes you feel any better, I went to the Bolingbrook, IL store and found out that the cheese was not on sale, so I decided to get the Breakstones cottage cheese instead…the catalina no longer prints (it did on Friday).
I just went there (the one by I-355) and it is $3.79 each.
I went to Meijer on Friday in Macomb, MI and also purchased 5 Breakstone cottage cheeses with no $5 catalina. But when I went today and bought the Kraft cheese I got the catalina.
I just got back from my Meijer in St. Charles, IL and the Kraft cheese is NOT on sale, only the Meijer brand cheese is. What a bummer. Oh well, I will still get the cheese on Thursday. Thanks for the heads up though.

This deal was not going on at the Meijer in Noblesville, Indiana. Sure hope it comes around this way as cheese has gone way up in price the last couple of weeks.

It worked in Columbus, Ohio this morning. I had heard that the Catalina would only print for regular cheese ( not 2% or fat free) on a catalina deal a couple of weeks back at a different store ( Giant Eagle), so I took no chances and went for the good stuff and it printed. I wonder if this might be the difference between it printing or not…..just an idea.
I bought all 2% and i got 12 for free and they rolled. 6 in one tx and 6 in the next rolled. 🙂
It worked great in Canton, Mi today. Did two transactions, and ROLLED my catalinas. I bought 6 blocks first and then 6 bags of shredded next and still have another $5 cat to spend.
I saved about $30 today, spent $7 and have a picture on my site!
