Wa–hoo! I am so excited about this new promotion Rite Aid is offering up! I personally think Rite Aid has come a long way since last year! I mean they’ve got an awesome, very CLEAR & DETAILED, coupon policy! They have Video Values in-store printable coupons available to earn, a fantastic Single Check Rebate program, they offer up $5 off $25 coupons on a regular basis, and now they’re offering up this new promotion! That’s a lot more than I can say for Walgreens!

Alright, so now on to the new promotion! Thru February 27th, they are offering up a new Game of Life promotion! Basically every time you shop at Rite Aid, you’ll earn game tickets! Plus, when you purchase specially marked products listed here, you’ll earn bonus game tickets! As you collect game tickets, you’ll want to stick them on the game board which you can download and print off here (I think you can also pick this up in-stores). Once you complete a section of the board, you WIN! There are over $5,000,000 in prizes! You can check out a list of all the prizes you just may win here! Does that not get you motivated?!

GOOD LUCK!

This is awesome! When I made my Rite Aid run last week…the store manager was telling me to look for this…RA is by far my favorite of the drug stores…I feel like I get the most out of shopping from them.

  2. Mrs. B

I LOVE Rite Aid!! Its one of my absolute favorite stores! Friendly cashiers & rarely ANY problems, lol!

  3. Amber

Thank you, thank you for the great comments to Rite Aid. I LOVE this store and their programs!! When they did the Huggies deal earlier this year my manager special ordered for 8 of us and we became friends. He always greets me with a big handshake now and yells my name. Their pharmacy department is also wonderful. You can transfer your prescriptions there and get $25.00 gift cards!! Last month I used my 2 gift cards towards the Holiday Gift of Savings. You had to spend $100 to get $20 back in a store check. I think out of pocket I spent about $30 and got credit for the $100 and will get $20.00 back, $8.00 in rebates and a free Huggies voucher. I just can’t say enough about this store, I am SO excited about this new promotion!

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I can’t wait to see how I do. I know I’m in there all the time. I love a game with real prizes.

  5. Mrs. Hall

I have not tried my Rite Aid yet. To tell you the truth, I’m scared. I have not had a bad experience yet with any store I go to now..Walmart, Target, and Walgreens..but I always get all freaked out when I try a new store. I always feel like I wish I had someone hold my hand lol. But maybe I will get one a try and see what I can score.

  6. Melody

Mrs. Hall, PLEASE TRY RITE AID! We have several in our area and there is one I usually won’t go to, but found one that is just fabulous! Their rebate program is second to none, with the chance to make money or get free products every week (things you will actually use too). It only takes a small amount of planning and usually not much hassle, because you only make money after you receive your rebates. Your coupons do not produce overage, so not much to think about. 🙂 Especially now with this fun promo. If you have a friend who is already comfortable, have them go with you the first few times.

On another note, I am so excited about this promo! I go every week anyway (if not multiple times!). Thanks for sharing!

  7. Lori

I’m really excited about this new program. I won’t even attempt to shop at Walgreens, too confusing more me. RA is just so easy and simple…I love it! I just wish there were more stores near me! Thanks for the great news Collin!

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I avoid Rite Aid at all costs. Every store I go to has a different “policy”, the employees tend to be rude and I don’t feel that it should be my job to educate their employees on their own corporate policies. I have walked out of their stores more than once leaving my intended purchases on the counter and they don’t seem to care.

    • Amanda

I have to agree with you on this one! The few times I have tried rite aid they tell me a different stories and the employees were super rude to me. FOr instance we wont except internet coupons, and you cant use a manufacturer and a store coupon together, etc. I will stick with my Walgreens, they seem to be happy when I walk out with them paying me to take stuff.

  9. Betsy's Third

    Sure Collin – rub it in… 🙂
I live in Wags territory, one on almost every corner. CVS is slowly moving in – with one store in my area and another coming soon. How do I get a RiteAid?

  10. Tricia S

I am so excited about this! I love Rite Aid and agree they have come a long way this year! Can’t wait to play. Thanks!

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Betsy’sThird,
I was thinking the EXACT same thing! We have tons of walgreens, one CVS, but NO Rite Aid! I went to the Rite Aid website just out of curiousity just to see how far away the nearest one is. The nearest one to me is 89.0 miles away! So needless to say, I will not be going to Rite Aid any time soon! Although the Life promotion is tempting…….

  12. Chriscia

YAY!!! more great deals from RA. This is so exciting to me. I LOVE my RA. The nearest Wags to me is 1/2 hour away, but RA is just down the street.

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Nice!! I have a Rite Aid only 1 minute away and a Walgreens only 1 minute away 🙂 Printed out my board, and the items that give you bonus tickets 🙂

  14. Sarah

I’m loving Rite Aid too! I’ve had so many problems about Walgreens and CVS that I’ve just stuck with RA. Here’s to saving more money at Rite Aid in 2010!!!

  15. Julie

How fun! I LOVE Rite Aid! The employees are always so helpful and they have great deals. Walgreens definitely needs to step up their game!

  16. Amber

Ooh, this looks like fun. I love shopping at Rite Aid – it’s so much easier than Walgreens and I love my local store. I was thinking about backing off a bit from the drugstore deals because I’m running out of space to stash my loot, but I guess I’ll have to keep frequenting RA. I can’t wait to see what I’m able to score 🙂

  17. Emma

Seems like i am having alot more trouble with your new web site than i did with the old one i loved the old one, i still like the new one but not as good.when i try to go on some of the sites you tell us about a page comes up saying internet explorer can not open web page.but I did so good buy using your web site last year that it helped me save alot and my husband & I got out of debt and we are starting the new year totally debt free.so thank you so much for your help.

  18. junesummer

I have never had any luck with Rite Aid they always treat me like I have a target on my back, and they always find fault with some if not all of my coupons. I have tryed to educate them, which just makes them madder. But this looks like fun, so i may try one more time…..I’m going in wish me luck.

  19. Lisa

You will be able to pick up game boards at the store. I believe we (the employees) are to hand them out for the first three days of the program. Definitely looks like a fun game! Please be aware though, it has been published that it is up to the manager’s discretion to limit the number of transactions per customer/per day, to prevent game program abuse. While I don’t believe this will be a problem for the majority, there are always those people who will ring multiple transactions just to collect game pieces. The program is set to run for eight weeks or until game pieces are exhausted!

I’m so excited about this game! They even have a game for us associates! YAY! I’ll definitely let you guys know should I win anything!!!

    Good luck to all!

  20. Sheila

I love RA too! I usually wind up making money through their programs with coupons and SCR!!! LOVE THEM!!

  21. BrandyK

I was talking with my favorite Rite Aid shift supervisor today and she said with each “ticket” you get, inside is a coupon! I don’t know what kind…we’ll have to wait and see. 🙂

  22. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I love Rite Aid! When I walk up to the register they always ask if I have coupons and tell me about the SCR and other promotions. They want to help me save money.

  23. nikole

Just a heads up for shoppers: make sure you know how many game tickets you are supposed to recieve before checking out! I was supposed to get 5 game tickets (1 for transaction, 2 Got@Be, 2 Nutranail) and my reciept said i was only supposed to get 1. The cashier gladly gave me the other 4 I was supposed to recieve. This game is a lot of fun! Hope everyone posts their winnings so we can see what they get!

  24. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have lots of extra “Markers” for the game so if you need one reply..I’m looking for 26, 42, 46, 29, 35,47,52….I’m happy to trade some of my extras for any one of these! Good luck to all!

    • michelle s

BAhahaha! Seriously? That’s kind but….really…. we are ALL looking for THOSE numbers! hehe!! xoxo!

  25. SaraJC

–Mrs Hall– I was also like that lol.. I rarely go to rite aid but just recently started to. Most of the cashiers are grumpy women except for the younger cashiers “Bend,OR” lol =/
But I dont let it intimidate me too much lol

I’ll also have to check on how many tickets they give me. I went to Rite aid the other day and purchased 2 participating items and she only gave me one for my purchase instead of 3 ! Sooo, now I printed the game rules and will be prepared to show them where it states I can get one for my purchase and extra bonus tickets for my participating items. =D

  26. Leah

Today I was excited to actually win something! One of my tickets had an instant win $5 (it was where there usually is a store coupon). It’s not much but better than nothing!

  27. Dana

You only get the amount of game tickets that prints on your reciept,, the cashier has to circle that number and intial it. this is how Rite aid is keeping track of the tickets. The employees are not allowed to give out more than what your reciept states. But it is alot of Fun Cant wait to hear if some one won big

  28. gail

I just signed up for the rebates .I hope it will not be like the last time I filled my prescriptions..A horrible experience that I will NEVER go thru again…I liked Rite aid up to that point..I will not ever let them fill a prescription again. They lost my business and all of my families..
