At the bottom right hand corner of the Orange Box, that you type your favorite menu item in, click there, and it should submit. It wasn’t there for me either.

I suffer from insomnia, so I REALLY wanted to try this, but now shipping isn’t free. It’s a shame because I was very interested in this, but it’s not worth it with the shipping.
