Wow, this was a bit of a test in patience, I must’ve have refreshed over 20 times. Thanks to the posts about using Firefox, I finally got the form to go through after I clicked I wanted to subscribe to the newsletter. It reminds me of the AcquaEssentials deal. I got my samples yesterday, 4 packets that came from Spain.

WOOHOO! I have tried SEVERAL times today and then I read some of the comments that some people refreshed like 50 times, so I just kept at it and din’t give up this time and it said that my they received my request! Hope I really get it, it would be my best freebie yet

I tried a couple different times and then decided to keep refreshing it after filling out the form for about the 5th time. It finally went through on the 86th time. Yes, I counted. Sad. Hope it comes!

I tried refreshing over and over that didn’t work, so when the box popped up about do you want to see only the secure stuff instead of saying yes, I said no..that then loaded the form with no errors, I filled it out, it sent then the page came up all broken, so I just refreshed at that point, and the box popped up again and I said no, and it finally said thank you!

I still can’t submit the for,m and I’ve tried different browsers and two different computers. It makes a really bad impression when a company offers something like this, but doesn’t have a website that can handle the traffic.

Mine went in after 22 refreshes. Don’t waste the time typing in everything over and over just keep clicking refresh and the page will be “loading” for about minute and then you get the confirmation page. And it only took a minute of time to type my info and refresh.

I gave up on this last night, but tried again this morning and it went through after I refreshed the page about 4 times. We’ll see if the product actually comes. You’d think they might’ve heard about this error by now and done something about it (or it’s there to deliberately weed out the less patient folks – LOL!). I refreshed 30 times, then got a message that my e-mail address was already registered and I needed to log in. I’ve tried, but 10 minutes have passed and the login is still loading. So, I called Aveeno. They’re closed today due to the storm. Looks like this won’t get resolved until Thursday at the earliest.

After filling out the form 6 times I finally read the comments and just hit refresh. It went through on the first try of hitting refresh. I am on a work computer with an old version of IE.
