I can never seem to have any luck with these types of things. I load the page to fill out but have an loading error so I can’t get the submit to work. I refresh and of course I have to fill everything out again..but with the error so no go. I’ve just been refreshing the form page to see if I get the error to go away before I go ahead and fill it out again. Congrats to those who got it to go though!

Check your email. I received the same error message, but I got an email from Aveeno confirming my registration. So, it must have went through. Thanks Collin for alerting us to another awesome deal!!!!!

I think the refresh is only working if you got the form submitted and want confirmation. We’re having trouble submitting the form. There is no way to “go back” and refresh just erases our form but still gives us a page that has errors so can’t submit until that goes away. I’ve refreshed the page without filling out the form about 50 times. I think its a no go for me

I tried way too many times lol. It wouldn’t work for me at all with IE, but I opened mozilla and after about a dozen times hitting refresh it finally worked

yea that means it went through. On the aveeno site it said thank you it’s been accepted and then I got that email from aveeno.

Was unable to login with my membership. Opened a membership in my DD’s name. Only had to refresh page about 5 or 6 times and it went through. THANKS Collin!

that is so crazy..all the error messages everyone is getting. I contacted Aveeno and they are sending me a $5 coupon to try the product. Maybe calling is an option for some.

OK, so I just hit the refresh button seriously 30 times. And I finally got a message saying my form had been submitted. I also recieved a confirmation email, although it was just confirming my registration.
Guess we will see if this deal really works!

I called them too waited superlong for answer but here is what they said. The confirmation email confirming registration means you are getting the sample. They are giving you a sample for joining their mailing list.

So i tried a little after 6pm EST and i had to refresh about 5 or 6 times and i got a confirmation page plus an e-mail… This is an awesome freebie if it shows up…

To reiterate some of the earlier comments… DON’T use your back button, that will require you to re-enter your information each time. Just hit “Refresh” / “Retry” on the error screen! Over and over and over and over….

keep trying! I literally pushed refresh about 50 times. then went back, re-filled out the form, got the error message, then hit refresh about 4 times and it went through. Dont give up!!!
