The Pepperidge Farm coupon site says there are no coupons available at this time.. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

  2. LJ

You said that the children’s tylenol is $2 off this week, right? I am confused why in your scenario, you stated that only one of the two you purchase would ring up at 4.49 due to the sale. Why wouldn’t both ring up at $2 off? Am I totally having a “Mommy moment” and missing something?

    Wouldn’t it be
    (2) Childrens’ tylenol @ $4.49 = $8.98 ($6.49 regular price)
    – $3/2
    -$2 from activity book
    = $3.98 total
    Get back $3 RR…. $0.49 each?

    • collin

Yes, you are correct! Thanks for pointed that out to me. I just updated the post.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Collin, these weren’t $2 off at my Wags… and it wasn’t in the add. Where does it say they’re on sale?

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          I mean “ad”

  3. Valerie

i don’t think there are anymore prints available for the renu coupons either. ๐Ÿ™

  4. SaraJC

    Great list.

  5. Abby

YES! We just ran out of Crest mouth wash and it is a fave in our house!

  6. Kendra

Yay. Wags looks good this week. Got my list ready to go. Thanks

  7. Leslie

Excedrin menstrual is priced at $5.99 at my store(bellingham,wa).

  8. CHRISTINA

Does anyone else have a wags cashier that says they have to put the wags coupons in first?

    • Maria

Yes. That is what they say they are suppose to do. But it depends on your cashiers. Some care, some don’t

    • Joleen

I just hand them my manufacturer’s coupons first. Then I bring out my wag. and hand those over.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I han over my man. coupons first as well and keep my store coupons in my pocket until the end. I’ve pulled out the wags coupons part way through some cashiers scanning them and the’ve said that they had to start te coupon scanning over and begin with the wags first.

  9. Sadie

H2Sers – do know you any reliable source for the short ad previews. We get the short ad in our area, and it makes it hard to plan rolling my RRs when I never know what’s going on until the newspaper hits the pavement Sunday morning. I heart wags and hot coupon world occasionally have the short ad preview, but not consistently…Any suggestions would be great! TIA

    • fewmet001

Hey, I am in the same boat! My understanding is that the short ad many times is very last minute. I have found that my local Wags managers will give me the heads up on Friday afternoons if I call them up and ask! It’s not a complete rundown, but I write down the items that I see in the long ad that I am interested in and I only ask my local manager about those specific ones. I would also love to know if there is a source for an advance preview!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Here in Portland, In we can take a copy of the full ad in to the store with us and they will honor all of the sales prices. You might check with your store to see if they will do the same.

      • Amber

Yeah, she only has the short ad sporadically. I know the front and back page are usually the same as the long ad, so if I see deals there, I know they’ll be at my store. i just wish I knew about all of them ahead of time.

  11. Janice

The Olay bodywash was already ringing up at buy one, get one 50% off today, and the cosmetics counter cashier suggested I could grab another bodywash for half off to go with the Venus embrace/Olay scenario. So, I bought the Venus, and two bottles of Olay ribbons, one of which rang up 50% off. ($2.65). Used the $2 coupon on the razor, and the free Olay coupon wyb Venus (took off $5.29) Just another idea to help get the Olay rebate.

    • Tawanda!

Janice, How much did you spend?

      • Janice

One venus (8.99) plus 2 Olay ribbons (5.29 each) for total of $19.57. Minus $5.29 for one Olay, minus $2.65 for the second Olay, minus $2.00 for the Venus. Total oop: $9.63, got back $4 RR, so final cost would be $5.64.

    • Sadie

I did about the same deal.
      $8.99 razor + 2 ribbons Olay body wash ($4.79 each) = $18.57
      minus $2 (razor) -$4.79 (free olay) -$2.40 -$1 off olay wash = – 10.19
      OOP$8.38 (Plus tax)
      $4RR printed
Deal times two and sent in for the rebate
$6.24 money maker for 4 body wash and 2 razors
(And I used up my RR from last weeks great deals.)

  12. lisa

could anyone please tell me, can i buy items with a coupon and pay with register rewards i received last week ? thanks – i’ve heard that i can’t pay with register rewards in a coupon transaction.

    • Sarah

Yes, you can use RR and coupons in the same transaction. However, you can’t have more coupons and RRs than the number of items you have. If you look at Collin’s Walgreens store guide, it has all the details on Walgreens coupon policy and is very helpful. Hope that helps!

      • lisa

sarah, thank-you so much !!!! you rock!!!

  13. Jennifer

Are there coupons this week or not. One of the deals posts a coupon for 2/14 but I thought there were no inserts this week????

    • Mitchell Wischmann

There is (1) Red Plum in tomorrowย’s paper. I already got the insert via Star Tribune Early Sunday at CVS for just $0.50!

  14. momwhocares freesamples

  16. Mitchell Wischmann

  20. Cydne

Someone last week posted that her walgreens said that from now on you can only use one RR per transaction; I didn’t believe it, but it turned out to be the case at my WG tonight. The cashier and manager tried multiple times with multiple RRs and the computer would only take one no matter how many non-coupon items I had. That is going to be a royal pain and highly discouraging in those places where this is the case.
Also, the computer would NOT take the coloring book coupon with a MC. It would take one or the other, but not both.
I have been a loyal WG customer; but allowing only one RR per transaction will get ridiculous for everyone involved!

    • Michelle D

As for the RR/transaction, never heard of it and yesterday i Friday i used a wags cpn with MC without any problem..
Will check tomorrow if there are any changes.

    • momwhocares freesamples

geesh – especially when you have those $1 RR; only allowing per transaction would make them just a pain to redeem

    • Heather W

I just went last night and used 2 RR’s in one transaction. The cashier didn’t say anything, no beeps nothing. It is fine at my store.

  21. am

I am vey annoyed at walgreens right now. This is the second week now that I was unable to use RR because of using coupons. I have been having to use my credit card and my RR are accumulating. I went to CVS and used ALL the ECB in one transaction, which printed even more ecb. I left CVS with $40 worth of goodies for $1 out of pocket. I’m done with walgreens and their stupid RR program, I just need to figure out how to use all the RR which are gonna expire soon ๐Ÿ™

Okay I feel better now ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Sarah

Why aren’t you able to use your RR with coupons? If you buy filler items to make sure you don’t have more coupons & RRs than total number of items, you should be able to use both. I totally agree that Walgreens’ RR program is often annoying and frustrating.

      • am

Well I thought that by buying the salt with walgreens $1/2 coupon I would be able to use the RR since it state on it “number of manufacturer coupons cannot exceed number of items” well somehow it didn’t work and it beeped. Just when i think i have it figured out something doesn’t go through and throws me off and usually there is a line and i don’t want to make a big deal. Very frustrating ๐Ÿ™

    • Ve

Have to say, unfortunately, I’m also done w/Walgreens. I’ve tried to save money there, and my local store just makes it a struggle. Am I correct in thinking managers of different stores have a say-so in policies? Example: I shopped there on Tuesday & used RR’s in two transactions (with no line behind me). Went back Wednesday and was told that AS OF THAT day, everything had to be paid for in ONE TRANSACTION.

I have had two other issues in the past with them (not accepting online coupons, and not accepting a B0G0 coupon on a B0G0 sale item…was actually able to get them to accept online coupons by writing corporate & speaking to manager, but no such luck on the coupon issue). I’m just tired being made to feel like I’m trying to pull something over on them by trying to save money. I’m sooooo done.

    • Katie

I often use my RR to buy my weekly newspapers. It’s an easy way to use up my RR for things I have to buy anyways and won’t have coupons to purchase. That relieves some of the pressure to find another deal to roll the RR with.

    • Casey

You can use them at the grocery store at u-scan

      • ringkang

what’s a u-scan? and what grocery stores? we have a lot of RRs here too. so hard to roll them so this will be great if there’s a grocery store in my area that has a u-scan..

        • Heather W

If they told me one transaction at a time I would just go put my bag in the car and come right back in and buy what I want. Are they going to tell me I am only allowed to come into their store once a day? LOL

  22. Jennifer

I couldn’t use the $4 Q on the air wick because
it rings up $3.99 make the Q more than the
    item. ๐Ÿ™

    • am

yeah i had the same problem, it beeped. The manager was nice enough to adjust the price to $4 so i could use the coupon.

    • Casey

They can adjust the coupon down too.

    • Jennifer Roberts

Air Wick i-Motion or Freshmatic 50% Off
Buy 1 Air Wick i-Motion Scented Oil Warmer regularly priced at $7.99
(based on on-line price; should ring up at $4 due to sale)
Use the $4/1 coupon from the 2/7 SS (there is also a $3/1 coupon found here)
Final Cost as low as FREE!

I tried doing this at my Walgreen – and I was unable to use the price was $3.99 – very frustrating. I said adjust coupon down – they said they were unable to do this. Does anyone know policy on this? I may call WALGREEN tommorrow. Thanks!

      • am

I had the same experience a few weeks ago, they wouldn’t do it. Today a different manager was on duty and adjusted it without me even asking. Something tells me they make their own policy.

I went to Walgreens and used 3 $4 Air Wick coupons and 1 $3 Air Wick coupon and bought 4 Air Wick i-Motion Freshmatics and Air Wick i-Motion Scented Oil Warmers for about $2.00 with tax OOP. I figured out by having that one product that wasn’t “free” the “overage” from the other 3 coupons spilled over onto the last Air Wick product (the one covered by the $3 coupon). It worked! Hope this makes sense.

I was told at Walgreens yesterday they won’t even accept any coupons for products that the value is more than the product per their manager!

Are there any Crest toothpaste coupons available anywhere?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There is a Crest toothpaste coupon in the P&G from 2/7/10 for $0.75 off any one crest toothpaste 4.0oz or larger or liquid gel. I’m sure you can purchse soe online as well.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      There is a $0.75 coupon from the P&G 2/7.

I’m not seeing the $2.00 off Children’s Tylenol/Motrin?! Is it in the ad? I’m thinking of getting some $4/2 q’s online, but only if they are on sale. Can anyone verify this?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I went today and they weren’t on sale. I was bummed. HTH

    • Christy

I went into to Walgreens today and had the same problem. They were priced at $7.49. I had the cashier ring it through to check, and it did not ring up $2 less. I couidn’t find it in the ad either.

  26. Shannon

For the Tide deal, there is a $1.50/1 q from P&G (not sure when, with exp 2/28/01) Which would sweeten the deal!

Heads up. I tried to print up the sugar coupon and it said that it was no longer available.

    • Heather W

Me too! Same thing happened to me the last time Wags did the Imperial sugar deal. I must not be fast enough! LOL

For folks with Meijer stores: This week Meijer has a better deal on the Campbells soup. It breaks down to .75c using this 1.50/3 q. Just a FYI.

I did the Olay deal today, and the Ribbons body wash was priced at $5.29 at my Western WA store. A little higher than the online price, but still a MM. But, I can’t get the rebate form to even come up on my computer! It goes to the page, but then says “done” and the page is totally blank. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

I went to Walgreen yesterday. The cashier who was a coupon police stated that per their manager they could no longer accept coupons that had more value than the product. I couldn’t get the Aiw wick. Then she said her manager said it was coupon fraud!! Make me feel like a criminal why don’t you!! I’m writing the company, and from some of the comments I’ve read here. more of you should. If your Walgreens is limiting using RR to one, and limiting use of coupons then we should write to Walgreens. Walgreens doesn’t have a coupon policy, so each manager is free to do whatever they want. We need to write them and tell them they need a policy so we know what we can do.

I forgot to say how well I did at Walgreens even tho I couldn’t get the Airwick. Out of pocket was $13.99. I saved $71.61, and even got @16.00 in RR!!! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks Collin
