High Value Prevacid Coupon and Deal Scenario!

This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Monday, February 15th, 2010 at 1:03 pm.

Update: It appears this rebate is “hidden” in the paper and not included in the actual Red Plum coupon insert; please comment below if you have been able to find it.

For all of you that suffer from heartburn, check out this new coupon from Prevacid. Click here to print the $10/1 Prevacid 24 Hour 42 count coupon (there is also a $6/1 14-24 count coupon available). Pair this up with Try Me Free manufacturer rebate found in the 2/14 newspaper for a sweet deal (this is a regional rebate so it may not have been in your paper)!

To get the most bang for your buck, head on over to Rite Aid where Prevacid 24 hour 42 count is on sale this week for $27.99.
Deal Scenario:
Buy 1 Prevacid 24 hour 42 count $27.99
Use the $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon found here (use zip code 90210)
Use the $10/1 coupon found here
Use the $2/1 Rite Aid in-ad coupon
Pay $10.99
Submit for the Try Me Free rebate from the 2/14 newspaper (up to $25.99)
Final Cost FREE plus $15 moneymaker!

Update: If your Rite Aid will not accept the $10/1 printable coupon, you can still use the $4/1 Prevacid coupon found in the 2/14 newspaper next to the rebate…the deal will not be quite as sweet but would still be a $9 moneymaker!

(Thanks, GoodDealMomma & UtahDealDiva!)

Hi. Does anyone know where the rebate form is for the prevacid?

  • Meghan says:

This could be better if you wait until the end of the week: this upcoming Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only, all OTC medicines at Rite Aid will be 20% off!

  • Sarah says:

Rite Aid will not take IPs for more than $5.00.

    • Erin says:

Mine does. They took a $10 printable on 3 Aveeno products last summer.

      • Sarah says:

Stores make take them, but Rite Aid’s official policy is not to take IPs for more than $5.

      • Erin says:

Yeah, I saw their official coupon policy long after I had already used the $10 coupon. I felt terrible, thinking the cashier was going to get fired or something–or maybe already had, since I didn’t run into her for a long time thereafter. Then I found out she was a *manager*! Not only that, but when the Northern tp/Real Simple rebate came up, my Rite Aid was sold out of the the specific variety of Northern listed on the AdPerks coupon. I asked if there was any more in the back, because it was a one-day-only deal. She said there wasn’t–someone else had already been in and bought it–but she took the AdPerks coupon anyway. I’m lucky to live near such a great store, especially after all the horror stories I read about. (OK–there is one crazy working there who thinks one coupon per purchase means one per transaction, but I’m working on getting her retrained!)

  • Ana Mata says:

Is there any way to get the rebate form if you didn’t get it in the paper?

  • K10 says:

If you don’t live near a Rite Aid the Target ad has the 42 ct Prevacid on sale for $23.99 AND you get a FREE 100ct bottle of Up and Up brand antiacids.

  • Renee says:

I found the rebate form in my paper, but not the coupon. However, my rebate is not Try Me Free, it is to get 50% of your actual purchase price back. So, not a great deal, but I actually need Prilosec, so….

    • fran says:

Her post is for Prevacid, but they do have Prilosec on sale also with a coupon….$13.99 with store coupon, and I’m sure there’s a manufacturer’s coupon too.

  • Ana Mata says:

I found the $10 off Q in the L.A. Times on page A21 but no rebate form. Anyone find a rebate form?

  • Janel says:

Hi All, Its Janel from Good Deal Mama… I along with others found this 4/1 coupon and Try Me Free Rebate form in the actual paper in Section “A”. Also I did this actual deal today at Rite aid and my total was only 10.99, my store took the 10/1 printable just fine, with no problems!

  • Nichele says:

I don’t see the 5/25 rite aid coupon under the 90210 zip. Is there another zip code to use? Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

  • Robyn says:

I found a $4/1 coupon and the rebate form in the A6 section of The News Tribune (a Tacoma, WA paper).

  • Sheila says:

I found mine just in a random page of my newspaper. (Modesto Bee)

  • charles says:

cannot find the rebate form. but there is a 10 off rite aid video coupon.

  • Robyn says:

Try using zip code 08542. The 90210 zip code did not work for me either so I tried a random zip code and it was there. :)

  • Lemon Zest says:

42 count at CVS for $25.99 starting the 21st. No ECB’s though. They usually have Prilosec or Prevacid on sale every week. SIze differs though. If you go to the Prevacid link that Collin has above, click on the lower priced coupon $6. It’s for a 14 or 28 count box. I was able to print both coupons for a total of 4 (if you have more than 1 computer, you can print more!)
Like I said before, they always have one of these on sale each week!

  • Erin says:

Didn’t see it in the Richmond (VA) Times Dispatch.

Only couponers would say a coupon is “hidden” when it’s in the newspaper itself. Too funny. Some people read the stuff that comes around the coupons, too. : )

  • deb says:

Can you use the $10 coupon from the prevacid site and also the Rite Aid Video $10 Coupon?

    • robyn says:

i don’t see why not. its stacking like every other deal.

    • Ana Mata says:

No you can’t the q you get from the videos is a manu q not a rite aid q so you wouldn’t be allowed to, but as always it could depend on your cashier.

      • Melody says:

You actually can use a Video Values coupon and additional manufacturer’s coupon together, Rite Aid’s coupon policy states that it is allowed. That being said, a few stores in our area won’t take them together, but most well. It is kind of confusing because they both say man. coupon on them, but the policy specifically states you can use them together.

        • Melody says:

Just another quick note about the Prevacid Video Values coupon.. I just went to print mine and it actually prints differently from the other coupons. Has a LOT more writing on it and actually says “Can not be combined with other coupon offers”, where the others don’t. Not sure what this means, guess it’s worth a shot?

          • MandM says:

Just printed the Rite Aid prevacid q..It is a manufacturer coupon (begins w/ 5). I have never seen this before. Not sure if they will accept both. Also, if you go to the Prevacid site, you can print a $10 q too. Rite Aid’s q policy however states no internet q’s above $5.00.

  • Carlene says:

Onlyone willing to send out rebates to a unrebatable? LOL

  • Carlene says:

    ANYONE

  • Ginger says:

Yes, the video values coupons ARE manufacturers coupons. They are the same as the printable ones…$6 and $10 and start with a 5 which tells you they are from the manufacturer. My rite aid would not take them. Hope this helps.

  • Brenda says:

OMG….I am a newbie, and sooooo overwhelmed at reading all these comments! Sometimes it seems you are speaking another language. LOL I’m going to try to hang in there and figure this all out, tho!

  • Bonnie McNeil says:

I found the save 50% w/ mail in rebate in the Chicago Tribune on pg. 20 of Section 1. I hope this helps!

  • LeeAnn says:

Sunday’s Detroit Free Press had a $6.00 off & a $10.00 off coupon. I’d be more than happy to drop them in the mail. If anyone is interested, reply back with your email address.

  • Carrie says:

This could also be a good deal at WAGs this week:

    Buy Prevacid 24-Hour (42 ct., 15 mg.) for $28.99 + tax
Use $10/1 printable MFR coup (from post)
    Use $5/1 WAGS in-ad coupon
    Pay $13.99

    Receive U/T $25.99 MIR
    Potential $12 Moneymaker!

(I did notice in the fine print on the rebate form that they would subtract the $4 coupon amount (the coupon that was attached to my rebate form in the paper) from the rebate check they send you, so this could be the case for the $10 MFR coupon as well. I’m also not sure how this works if you use register rewards to bring your OOP price down).

    Any idea?

  • Craig says:

Grand Rapids Press: A-19 on page. Not an insert.

  • Rachel says:

In the Tennessean its on pg 8A. Unfortunately its only a 50% off rebate.

  • Beverly says:

About a week ago my Bi-Lo (Rossville, GA on the Chattanooga, TN border) had the 42 count for $17.xx, it was half the normal price of $34.xx. It was marked as close-out. Don’t you know I snatched one of these. I sure wish I had one of these q’s then.

  • Toni Stevens says:

Last Sunday the St. Louis Post-Dispatch had the 50% rebate on page 9A.

  • mirela says:

    Hello everybody!
I don’t know if this is appropriate or not… but I thought I’ll ask anyway. I am 54 cents short on the P&G rebate. I bought a pack of Always and it ringed up at $5.29 instead $5.99 as I was expected; and I noticed only today when I entered my receipt. If somebody have a receipt with a P&g item on it – even a box of Pringles will do, and is kind enough to send me the info, I’ll be very grateful. I can send some coupons back… Thank you so very much! mirela at mymirela@yahoo.com

  • Melissa says:

Newsday in NY had the Try me Free coupon in Section A along with a $4 coupon

  • jenn alkatteemeh says:

thats so funny… different outfits and all and yet mad still held the same diet dr. pepper lol
    thanks for all your tips

  • Tiffany says:

Does anyone have the rebate form that they would be willing to mail to me? I purchased the prevacid…spent way more than I wanted to but my dh really does use this stuff. Please let me know. I would truly appreciate it. Thank you!!!

  • Melissa says:

I got a 50% rebate form in our local paper but the hartford, CT one had the $6 and $10 q. I am thinking if i add this to other items I may be able to maximize the rebate because it does say the rebate will be 50% of the purchase price.

  • Megan says:

I just got this, and it was on sale for 23.19, and I used the 10 off video values, a 5 off 25 and a 4 off manufacturer coupon. I also got the free Suave and a Frappuchino for just over $5 total, which I paid for using a Rite Aid Gift Card that I got from transferring a prescription. Can I still submit for a rebate? I feel bad about it, but if I’m following the rules, then I’ll do it!!! but how can they possibly be making any money?

  • Doris says:

Is there any way to get the ‘Try me free’ or 50%off rebate form if you didnÂ’t get it in the paper? I bought the prevacidÂ…checked my paper and: NOTHING!!
Please let me know. I would truly appreciate it. Thank you!!!

  • andrea says:

I just tore apart my paper from 2/14=nothing! Then searche through today’s paper (2/21)=nothing! I can only hope I see the form in next week’s paper.
