I love this… My Hubby’s Unit is deploying throughout the next month to Afghanistan! I just spread the news to all the wives so they can all get some wonderful pictures!
Also, not sure if you’d want to post this somewhere, but there is another organizations called pillowprojectusa.com that sends personalized pillows with a picture of the deployed Mommy or Daddy to the children staying state-side. You do have to pay for shipping, but the pillow itself is free! (and a great idea! What little boy or girl wouldn’t want to fall asleep in their Hero’s arms!) I hope you can pass this along!

There is an awesome freebie the deployed members can get through canvasondemand.com. My husband was able to get a picture of our daughter printed to canvas and mounted for FREE and it was sent for our anniversary. The programs are call Operation: Hi Honey! and Operation: Hi Mom!.

Thank you so much for posting about this! My husband is 2 months into a year long tour to Korea. He left 13 days after our 6th baby was born, so now I can send him some pics of how the baby has changed since he left. I’m so excited about this!

I have ordered a book with this company before. I loved it! A few things I would note…
1. The pictures seemed slightly dark so if they already seem a little dark that will be intensified.
2. Don’t put more than 4 pictures to a page….They start getting REALLY small!!!
