I believe this is where you put what you want to “name” your address. Such as “home”, “work”, “mom’s house”, etc. That way you can add several addresses to your address book and pick which one to ship to based on your “address label”.
i put my name or none under the address label. and it went through so i have no idea what its for.

Just to help ya’ll out if you were wondering what the address label is…I think it is there because you can save multiple addresses with that DivaStyle program so that box is where you would put in the label for that specific address (for example:home, work, etc…)
