After filling out the form 6 times I finally read the comments and just hit refresh. It went through on the first try of hitting refresh. I am on a work computer with an old version of IE.

I refreshed 30 times, then got a message that my e-mail address was already registered and I needed to log in. I’ve tried, but 10 minutes have passed and the login is still loading. So, I called Aveeno. They’re closed today due to the storm. Looks like this won’t get resolved until Thursday at the earliest.

I gave up on this last night, but tried again this morning and it went through after I refreshed the page about 4 times. We’ll see if the product actually comes. You’d think they might’ve heard about this error by now and done something about it (or it’s there to deliberately weed out the less patient folks – LOL!). Anyway, thanks very much for posting about this!!

Mine went in after 22 refreshes. Don’t waste the time typing in everything over and over just keep clicking refresh and the page will be “loading” for about minute and then you get the confirmation page. And it only took a minute of time to type my info and refresh.

I still can’t submit the for,m and I’ve tried different browsers and two different computers. It makes a really bad impression when a company offers something like this, but doesn’t have a website that can handle the traffic.
