Not all JcPenneys have Sephoras. You might be able to check on either stores website to see where the closest one is to you.
no; you would know if your JCP had one because it is a very noticable store-within-a-store. Follow this link https://www.sephora.com/help/stores/index.jhtml;jsessionid=V2AEARJGEKRRECV0KQLQ5UQ and after you select your state from the drop-down menu on the right the second drop-down menu will list all Sephora’s.
