My husband bought me one of these for Valentine’s Day and I LOVE it!! He didn’t get a great deal on Amazon, but it’s OK cause it’s worth the $ he did pay. It has very clear image and sound quality and loads very easily onto your computer too.

I’ve got the model that is not HD. My hubby didn’t want me to buy it, he didn’t think it would have a clear picture. We love it! I found mine on clearance at Walmart for 97.00 and it’s the non-HD one, so this is a great price!! We still have our nicer camcorder for things when we have to zoom in. I love it becuase it’s so small I can throw it in my purse! Plus you can pull still images from your video to make pictures from. It is very easy to use, I can do it!

Are the still images that you pull from the video as good as those from a digital camera? And can you take actual still pictures with this like you would a digital camera?

We have one and love it. It’s super easy to use and quality is great. I’d get the add-on tripod stand too. The one problem is it can be shaky when you hold it. The stand helps with that.

I have this camera and love it. It is really, really easy to use and upload videos to your computer. I have made some really cute videos with music in the background using the software that comes built in with the camera. I also love that it charges on your computer. There are never any batteries to change. This is a great price.

LOVE MINE..until it broke recently. I will say..I did let me 7 and 11 yr old use it for them to film their “war stories”…and so the story goes…

I won one in a contest from paypal and I love it. I have the ultra hd one and it is so easy to use and takes great pics and video. Batteries last a lot longer then digital cameras too.

This is a great deal on a great camera. I bought one that was reconditioned about a month ago for $129.99. They are great for just keeping in your car (if the weather isn’t too extreme) or your purse for very easy access. never miss another special moment!!

I actually won one on a blolg giveaway and love it! It is so easy to upload the videos to your computer as well as YouTube. I really like how small it is, which makes it easily accessible to film everyday things. Go get one if you don’t have one yet!

I received a Flip as a gift in Oct ’09 and it already stopped working. I loved it! But it will no longer charge and as of this morning it won’t even turn on. I had the Flip Ultra (not HD) with an internal battery. Some of the other models have regular AA batteries, so those might be better. Since I received it as a gift, I don’t have a receipt and I don’t know where it came from. I would be extremely wary of buying one with an internal battery.

Our walmart had the DXG brands on clearance before xmas.. they were under 50 bucks but I really want to say they were even under 40 … We bought a total of 13 of them buggers for people who reimbursed me and for xmas gifts. The brand I happened to buy seriously takes a great video and still pictures. It is clearer outdoors where its bright but heck thats what I wanted it for Cruising the Caribbean. My son uses his to take his xbox play for youtube and also works good for him .. really easy to upload.

My folks own one and i have borrowed it a few times. The design is really great. So small and easy to upload. My father told me that this was designed by a group of women since women are typically the ones that do the picture taking and video taking and this is what they came up with. Truly genius when you compare it to the last few generations of video cameras.
