This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Monday, March 22nd, 2010 at 9:05 am.

BJ’s has a new coupon available here for a FREE 60-day trial membership! Just bring this coupon to the membership services desk on or before 7/5/2010 to activate your FREE 60 day trial! (Thanks, Smart Couponing!)
**To entice you even more– BJ’s is the only warehouse type club I know of that accepts manufacturer’s coupons!

And you can stack them with their in-store coupons found by the front door.

This is an awesome deal. Any product that is shrink wrapped is considered more than one product if it has it’s own barcode. You then could use one BJ’s coupon and multiple manufacturer’s. Check out their coupon policy in the FAQ.
For instance the Pantene hair gel comes shrink wrapped in 3′s. You can use 3-$1 manufacturer inserts and one BJ’s coupon($2) so that’s $5 off the package which is $9.49 at my store. I saved $5 by purchasing at BJ’s instead of target(lowest price around).

Can you provide the link? I checked the FAQ and it didn’t state anything on the multiple products shrink wrapped.
Michele says:
Can I use more than one coupon?
You may not use more than one coupon on a single item. However, if you buy a multi-pack (a pack that contains multiple full-sized packages of a single product shrink-wrapped together) you may use multiple coupons.
For example, if you have 2 coupons for 50% off an 8-oz. bottle of face cleanser and you are buying a multi-pack that contains 2 or more 8-oz. bottles of face cleanser you may use both coupons.

Smart & Final – a wearhouse type club on the West Coast also takes coupons!

We has a membership to BJ’s a couple of years ago but we never renewed it. I had no idea they took manufacturer’s coupons! Do you think I’d be able to use the 60 day trial coupon even though I used to have a membership? Or would they tell me I can’t because I’ve already been a member and therefore have already “trialed” the store, lol?
terri says:
I don’t know about your situation, but we “trial” every year around xmas time, so I don’t think you would have a problem….they’ll want you back..
Meg says:
It says ‘new members only’ in the fine print, but since it’s been a while it couldn’t hurt to ask!
I’d just call your local BJ’s CS and save yourself a trip just in case.

Wish I had one near me!

I do too!
