Yeah, I can’t get it to work either…..but my subtotal was $0. Maybe I’ll try the other shirt I wanted and “splurge” on the extra $4 and see if that works…….will post to let you guys know.

I just called NY&C and they said because the order total is less than the promo code you cannot place the order. I asked them to push the order through and they did it.

Okay, went back through and bought a more expensive top ($14.95) which meant my subtotal was $4.95….and it worked. Looks like they changed the system so you can’t use coupon on a $0 subtotal order. Still a good deal!! Thanks Colin!!!!!!!

I’m confused. When does the $5 from ebates come off? Does it not come off the order and just show up in your account? If not, this did not work for me going through ebates.

No it does not come off your total. With both Ebates and Shop at Home you get a check in the mail once you reach twenty dollars. BUT if you signed up with that 5 follar bonus you are almost there!

Valarie-you will get a check from ebates. They ship checks quarterly, so it may take a couple months, but you’ll eventually get the $5 plus whatever other money you have earned this quarter in a rebate check. HTH

Had the same problem with a subtotal under $10, but called customer service and they were able to do it (had to get a supervisor override, but said it was no problem). Got these cute PJ pants for $4.95 shipped. Yay!!

I called as well, spoke with Mark who is a supervisor, & he refused to put it through. He did say they are working on it so that the site will accept the code & not be a problem if the subtotal is less than $10. When I asked if my item would be in my cart & not sell out before then, he said there was no way to prevent that from happening. I have found another item that I may just buy instead, but I’m kinda annoyed that they couldn’t or wouldn’t put it through for me.
