Has anyone else had the issue of Wal-mart changing the value of the coupon? The last time I took a $3 couopn in my Wal-mart, the register changed the value to $1. I was purchasing a $4 item along with several other things. I heard the register beep, the cashier never said a word to me. As I was looking over my receipt, I noticed this change. I have since stopped shopping at Wal-mart, esp since my groceries are so much cheaper at Publix. Thanks all. And thanks Collin for all you do.

I had a Wal-Mart issue with the $3.00/2 Suave 24 Hour Protection Anti-Perspirant & Deodrant 2.6 oz size only coupon from dontfretthesweat.com (which came from coupons.com with a veri-fi code). The register beeped even though the products were an exact match to the coupon so the cashier asked for help and a woman (whom ever she was) would not take it and said it was fraudulent even though I assured her it was from the product site and pointed out where it says which website it came from on the coupon itself and that it was from coupons.com and it had a veri-fi code etc. but she said if the register beeps that they couldn’t take it. I went home and checked the coupon out on veri-fi.com and the coupon is legitimate! So I’m kind of thinking that alot of cashiers/etc will be hiding behind the excuse of “if the register beeps then we can’t take it”
Why would a legitimate coupon make the register beep? (The coupon was not worth more than the products I was purchasing btw.) hummmmmmm…… I wish there was a veri-fi bar code reader available for cashiers to scan coupons that they question.

Me too. That way they couldn’t say it may or may not be fraudulent. I have had man. coupons beep for no good reason when I had the exact product listed. I have also had a coupon work when I didn’t even have the product. It was one of those deals where I forgot to get the product or changed my mind but forgot to take the coupon out.

could it possibly be that the coupon link (at the top of this page) for the “suave 24hr deod.” is really for DOVE! Yes, it’s $3/2 – but the product’s are not the same. Please correct me if i’m wrong….b/c I do not want any issues when I go to wal-mart this weekend!

I found the Snuggle 120-count dryer sheets on clearance ar Target. After the $3 coupon I paid .73 for each! So happy to get the bigger count for so cheap!!

I got the Stayfree pads (they were $2.97 at my WM), but also had one more of the Stayfree BOGO MQ’s, so I got two packages for .97!!!
I found Snuggle dryer sheets (the fragrance free kind) for $3.48, so .48 after the $3 MQ.
I also used my free Rimmel product MQ from the last All You magazine. Yay… I needed eyeliner badly!

this is random but i was wondering about products that are packaged together. like “twin packs”. can you use a $/2 coupon for those?? like for ex. the $3/2 suave deodorant coupons. can you use those on the twin packs?? thanks.

I don’t believe so, anything with one price is usually considered one product. For stores like BJ’s it may be different.

Just to verify the Mighty Dog Q’s are great! I bought 18 cans for $0.57 each using three $3/5 Qs and three of the FREE can Q’s. Paid $0.50 after tax (she didn’t adjust the price!)

KMart has Snuggle on sale for 2/$5. You would score this for FREE, and depending on where you buy it at, you could have some overage to buy other stuff! Make sure you bring the Kmart ad if you’re going to price match.

At my Walmart they have the small boxes of Bounce for $1 so .50 after coupon from the 3/7 P&G…YMMV as walmart pricing greatly varies from store to store…but worth a look..if this was already mentioned please delete:) Thank you

My total was $71.00~~~~~~ $11.28 after coupons!!! Yipee
I really really wanted to get in on the biz detergent deal but my walmart doesn’t sell it. The Halls cough drops were price at 1.99 instead of a dollar but I just saw your Walgreen post so I will be heading there tomorrow.

i went to walmart today to buy the travel size tide with a coupon for 1.00 off any size tide product and they would not let me use!!! i explained to them but they were rude and didntcare, anyone else had this prob;lem at walmart?

Just came back from Wal-mart and I’m fit to be tied. I shopped the bargains, and had about 7-8 items. Got to the check out and was told AFTER things were rung up, that they do not accept internet coupons anymore. This is the Dublin, GA store. A manager was called over and confirmed this. I told them to take the items off, and left the store. I’m sick of Walmart……

This happened to me too. But fortunately it has worked every time I’ve tried it at Target. I’m learning to just hang on to those types of coupons since some days they’ll work depending on the cashier and some days they won’t.

Just noticed what Fry’s has the birds eye steamfresh veggies on sale for only 77 cents and they are actually have a promotion that every coupon gets valued to a dollar… so if you use those coupons there you will get 2 packs for 54 cents total…. Just thought I’d spread the word… Happy couponing, lol!
