I got the shrimp for lunch today. It’s a small portion, but can be a small lunch. I put some Srirancha sauce on it to make it spicy.

Hmm…. My Panda Express wanted to charge me $1.75 for the free portion. They said it was tax. The sales tax rate here is only 6 percent. I just walked away. I would have rather they just told me they weren’t really participating in the promotion.
