OT but does anyone know if a reward disappears from Disney Movie Rewards if it’s gone forever? I’m 50 points away from the scooter for my daughter’s birthday and now it’s gone! So disappointing and frustrating!
I called customer service for something else and asked them about the delta e cards that I was waiting on getting for my disney vacation. She said she put a request thru to that department letting them know I was interested in seeing them again. maybe you should try that too. their customer service is super nice , you never know maybe they can order you one.
Sometimes the rewards come back; sometimes they don’t. The Cars scooter sold out quickly, too. A lot of people have been complaining about popular rewards that are no longer available, especially since some of them require so many points that it takes a while to accumulate them. Like Tarin said, contact DMR customer service and tell them you want the reward to come back.
I tried the quiz, but they are out of bags. However, you can finish the quiz and print out a $1 off coupon for organic farm produce.
I think you have to wait until after 3pm. HTH

Thanks, I got the bag! It was really frustrating because I kept getting an answer wrong; I swear the question that kept saying it was incorrect had the wrong answer, but oh well. It kind of frustrated me! LOL I have a terrible memory, to it helps to print the tips out and then refer to them after reading the questions! 🙂 Plus, I will save the tips because I want to be more “GREEN”.
