I saw on the news this morning that these same parks are also offering free admission to anyone who is supposed to be traveling to Europe but who’s flights are cancelled due to the volcano. They must show their actual airline ticket for admission.

Yes my family take advantage out this offer every other year!!! We love it…and the way they treat the service member is great!!! When we get our tickets at the window, the attendant always say, “Thank you for YOUR service and your family for supporting you”. Love it!

When I was Active Duty in the Coast Guard, living back east- a bunch of us took advantage of this. It is such a generous “freebie”, because Military members- especially enlisted… do not make much money in the beginning! Many companies offer free or discounted admissions for Miitary – Colonoial Willamsburg let us in for free on Veterans Day weekend one year too~

My husband and I did this two weeks ago at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. So fun! We did all the rides we wanted to and I want to go back again. I recommend that you fill out the forms and register before attending. Hundreds of people line up to redeem their free tickets at all once and hold up the line because they have to fill out the forms at the desk. Seriously, the line could be cut in half if we all did what we could a head of time.
