Yep, another order cancelled here too. I bet the company realized what had happened and cancelled everyone’s order. No way are they out of ever single color (as I am sure we all choose a variety of colors).

When I went to try again and buy the nail polishes it says the coupons codes are not valid anymore. So basically, they didn’t know that it would be so popular and they don’t want to fulfill their sale. How disappointing, my daughter has been waiting for her package!! I am gonig to call them on Monday. I don’t know if they can just cancel your placed order after the fact when the product is still in stock.

I am LIVID at Sally’s!!! I received one of the nail polishes today and the other two weren’t in the package. The slip just said the other two weren’t available at time of shipping. So, I called and found out that I won’t be getting the other two at all!!! The don’t “deal with backorders” and even if it says in stock on their website, their warehouse may not have it. Bad business and RUDE people on the phone!!!! Will NEVER order from Sally’s again!!!!

okay, so I received my 1 polish from Sally’s (ordered 3) came in a ripped up bag inside another bag (weird)? I can’t even tell from the invoice how much they charged me for one! Invoice also said : “Note: Some porducts were unavailable at time of shipping.” They also charged me .36 cents for shipping and .52 cents for the little nail polish. Probably not worth my time or hassel, will never be ordering from them again.
It also says at the bottom that they love getting feedback, so I will plan on posting on their website also.

I just found out my ordered was cancelled from April and they did not send me an email. I checked on it because it had been awhile and it said it was cancelled. I think they should have to fulfill this. My answer I received from them said they did not except such a huge demand. Very Disappointed.

I checked on my order a few days ago and it said that it was cancelled. I sent an email to customer service and they said that the order was cancelled because they didn’t have the polish in stock. There is no way they are out of every nail polish in the warehouse. They had “broken” codes that worked to the customer’s advantage and they decided not to honor them. Shame on Sally’s. I will NEVER, EVER buy from them again!
