**New to Rite Aid shopping?!
Check out my Rite Aid Store Guide!
just an fyi that there is a $1 off 1 kotex vv coupon that does include u by kotex which would make them free if you can get 2 or .50 each if you can only get 1 after the SCR
Yes. I was just going to say the same thing. The picture on the video values coupon doesn’t show and “U” but it does say “any Kotex” so I think it’s legit. I haven’t gone yet though.
I’ve used Kotex VV coupons on U products with no problem.
My vv coupon says it includes U
Can we use two video value coupons to make the tresemme free?
No, only one video value and one manufacturers will be allowed per item.
Yeah, we are buying 2. Can I use two rite aid tresemme q’s?
I was wondering the same thing
ra video values have the fine print “limit one per customer” so depends on your cashier. it will work if she takes them
It’s always worked for me…the cashiers barely even look at my coupons when they are scanning them.
I had a cashier that would only take one printed coupon per item, even if I had 1 manu and 1 RA coupon. I asked for all my coupons back, and later in the week went to another store.
I put one VV account under my email and one under my husbabds email. I used one from each account so if they question me it won’t show 2 coupons under the same account name. I used 2 last week on 1 transaction and the cashier never questioned it. The register just scanned it out.
Bought 2 Natures Bounty Vitamins today, 2 tressemmee products, 3 trident, and a 12 pack of diet coke — final cost $.47.
Used 1 VV coupon for $5 off $25, 2 – $5 off coupons I got from entering codes on the Natures bounty website, 2 – VV coupons for $1 off NB, 2 VV coupons for Tressemmee $2 each, 1 B1G1 coupon I downloaded off this website for Tressemee, and then had to add gum to make sure that they didn’t owe me money…LOL P.S. I did this same transaction 2 times!! Ching, Ching…
My rite aid wouldn’t let me use both b/c one item was free with the bogo 🙁 should I have handed the $2 off first? I don’t know if it would have mattered either way…he did let me use 2 in ad q’s for the lubriderm so that made up for it.
I thought you’d enjoy this. It cracks me up. I have to cut off half of the Rite Aid receipt before I file it because of all of the junk.

That was hysterical (and sooo true) – thanks for posting the link to it!!
Don’t forget the Nature’s Bounty and Everlast Supplements that will be BOGO until 5/15. There are some great coupons available to make these money makers:

Okay so I am braving my first trip to Rite Aid tomorrow. Here is my question…I plan to buy the lubriderm for which there will be a $2/1 in ad coupon. I will be buying 2 lubriderm lotions. Will the in ad coupon deduct $2 for each lotion? Or can I use 2 in ad coupons? Or am I only allowed 1 in ad coupon? Thanks everyone for your help!!!!!!!!
Jennifer:
The In ad coupons usually say one per customer so that would mean you could only use one in each transaction. I have had some cashiers allow me to cut out 2 coupons and use them. I have also had cashiers that say no. At Walgreens when you use an in ad coupon it takes off for the number of items you are purchasing, you only need one coupon for 2 items.
Kristen,
Thank you so much for your response. This will help to save me frustration at check out. That would explain why Collin suggested to buy 1 lubriderm lotion instead of 2 or 3 even though the SCR increases the more you buy. Thanks for your help!
I have never had a problem with the amount of in ad coupons I hand over. The other week when Aveeno was SCR and had an in ad coupon I cut out 4 and bought 4 products to get over the $30 mark.
There is a new Video Values coupon for $2 off the Purex. Makes the deal even better!
Oops…must have been looking at the CVS deals!!
does Rite Aid do coupon overage towards other items? I have some coupons that would make some things free with overage $1+ overage, or will they just adjust the coupon to make it free? I hope they do overage so then I could make the Claritin free with overage too! woo woo
My rite aid does not allow overage. They adjust the coupon to make the item free.
some do some dont. the register allows it though. i walked out of rite aid the other day and they gave me two pennies 🙂 and a bag full of stuff!
I can’t believe that they’ve given you money back. I was handed back coupons when my total would have been negative.
Some cashiers allow overage, some will adjust, and some will reject your coupon. Depends on the cashier, and manager, even when having their coupon policy in your hand.
it really depends on the cashier and the manager (if he/she gets involved). The last trip, I had two of those wonderful $5/1 Nature’s Bounty IQs and the cashier very carefully adjusted one of them down to $3. I wanted to ask her for the coupon back so I could use it in full another time, but figured I was already getting a bunch of good deals with various coupons so I shouldn’t rock the boat too much 🙂 Other cashiers just scan everything, push it through and really don’t bat an eye about any of it.
Can you print more than one video values coupon for the same thing? I thought it would only print one? (Ex. Kotex $1 off) If you go back and refresh will it print another?
You can’t go back and print more, but you can print multiples when you go to print the first time.
I was wondering if any of you have any Covergirl BOGO coupons left and willing to give them away i will be more than happy to have them thanks.
Just so you know….the EPT coupon is for $3/1 not for $5/1…you are still saving though
Anyone else have trouble pairing the in-ad coupons with manufacturer’s coupons? I tried last week and then realized that many of Rite Aid’s in-ad coupons say “manufacturer’s coupon”…as the cashier kindly pointed out to me… Some of the other in-ad coupons just say “valuable coupon” so I’m guessing those are the ones that would pair with manufacturer’s coupons…
You should be able to pair any of the in-ad coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon, as the in-ad coupons have a coupon number that starts with RC (look by the bar code), thus designating it a Rite Aid coupon. If you point that out to the cashier, it should work.
makes sense–thank you!! 🙂
The $4.00 Zyrtec Video Values coupon that printed for me is for the 70 count.
Mine too. I just used the $2 off from last months VV. Still a good deal.
