Once you are logged in, click on the Deal of the Day Box and then click on Get this Reward. You will then need to search for rewards in your area by zip code. galaxystar2 says:
just search the rewards like always, but hit the free reward button when checking out!
Mrs. Shot says:
I found it to be easy. I logged in & saw the promo at the right. Clicked on it & scanned through the offers. When I found one I wanted I clicked on the details & the “get free reward” button was there on the right. Clicked on it & a reward that cost 5 points I got for free!
cheryl says:
This coupon worked for me and was really easy! Thanks
BigLiz says:
Yes, I have to agree…it was really easy to do
and my coupon printed out just fine…
Thanks a Bunch!!!!
Fernanda says:
Well… Everything was easy, but when it was time to print, my paper came out blank!! Just the basic info on top and bottom but no coupon. Now I have to call a 888 number to figure it out…just to much trouble!
Kristin C says:
The same thing happened to me. I sent an email through the website…don’t want to waste my time on the phone with them.
Ali Smith says:
Ditto.
Process was easy, but just a blank page.
Amy says:
This happened to me before – you just click on your account and there will be a listing of the rewards you have recently printed. You click on the printer icon and you can print it again. I was using google chrome the first time and switched to internet explorer the second time and it worked.
A.Marie says:
I also found it to be confusing…I couldn’t find any deals. I’m going to go back and try it again!
KellyJ says:
Yep when the list comes up of different places . say like dining it will say 3 offers. If u click on it it will show u the places that are participating. then u can click that and click use reward of the day.
I got a buy one meal get one free from local place. Up to a $7 value. not to bad.

Michelle M says:
For a while I was searching for the free reward, but then I realized I can grab any reward and just click the Get Free Reward button. I decided to get a half price admission for 4 people to a local farm attraction- free!
Ashlee says:
There is a restaurant we have been hearing is pretty good and they had a reward for BYGO dinner entree free. Not too bad.
Melissa says:
I found this to be pretty simple! Got my free coupon and will be using it in the next couple days! Thanks!!
Nancy says:
Thanks so much everyone for the additional instructions. I got my reward and I’m ready to have a great dinner at a great restaurant!
Brianne says:
It is pretty simple to get the coupon code but when I tried to use mine it wouldn’t work! I picked an Adidas product, clicked the link from Tropicana’s website and it gave me 4 choices of jackets. I chose one and during checkout tried to use my code and it said I did not meet program requirements. Wasted time.
Heather says:
okay maybe im just blonde but im not seeing free reward nowhere – a little hel;p please
fran says:
Heather, once you click onto, say a restaurant, you will see the “get free reward” then. You just have to click through each item that you are interested in.
Rachel says:
None of the Coleman codes were available.. that’s about the only thing I wanted…
Kathleen says:
I just got a code for 30% off $60 order from Coleman. Not great, but it was free.
Julie Brochtrup says:
I did this one too. How come I have to use the coupon at coleman.com. I found a new awesome tent though.
Debbie says:
Wow, free reward, it was great! Found my most very favorite restaurant in town and got a free dinner with purchase of another dinner. Thanks Collin and Tropicana !
bfam says:
Got 6 free Dunkin Donuts when you buy 6. Not too bad!
CMcGee says:
It was an okay deal. I was just hoping for a simple Tropicana coupon (silly me). Ended up finding a $5/20 coupon for Boston’s Gourmet Pizza under dining (expires in 2 weeks though).
April says:
I picked a golf discount and it said I could request this for a maximum of three times and when prompted I could add names to my account after printing the coupon with my name on it. But it never prompted me and I could not find anywhere to add names to my account. Is it because I didn’t have enough rewards points? Then why did it tell me I could do this three times? Confusing.
So we’ll save some of the rainforest…always good to give some back.
Also the site says I have to be the one redeeming the coupon since it is my name on it but on the coupon it does not say that. Does anyone know?
I picked this for my son and husband to use…if I’d known that it had to be used by the person whose name is printed on the coupon then I would have had my husband log in
I got one point for taking the survey but everything I clicked on for one point was not available
Lydia R. says:
I also did the golf coupon and just created an account in my husband’s name because it said it could only be redeemed by the person on the coupon the first time you redeem it. Since it was my first time and I don’t golf, I will just do another reward under my name. But the second and third time they run this deal (or I have enough points) I can select other names to add to the coupons. That’s what I read on the rules page after reading it several times (I agree, it’s pretty confusing!)
Susan says:
I had this problem too. I tried to delete my name and put another name in, but it wouldn’t let me. How do I add a different name to print out on the certificate?
Joy says:
no problems- thanks!
Carmen says:
I had no problem getting my free reward. Printed out and I used no reward points! Thanks!
CJ says:
I didnt have any problems navigating but didnt find any offers I was interested in
Sonia says:
It was the same for me. There was nothing available in my area. I’d have to drive 75 miles or more to use any of the available deals.
Toni S. says:
Sere. The closest offer was 50 miles away doubt if I would be able to use it in 14 days. I guess I’ll save the points I’ve got so far until I’m going to be in that area.
Shelly H. says:
Same here. I don’t really need a b1g1 for Krystal, lol! Wish they had some better offers for my area.
fairydust says:
Same here – nothing nearby of any interest. Oh well – it’s still a nifty idea, but a free carton of OJ would’ve been nice
Bianca says:
Same here. Didn’t select any offers because I didn’t see any I wanted to use in the next two weeks. Oh well.
Mandy says:
I searched and finally found one that was available… then I clicked on it and it said ‘reward not available!’ Uhhh!
Anonymous says:
This is absolutely confusing and it doesn’t seem worth the trouble. It shouldn’t be that difficult just for OJ!
Teresa says:
I don’t think the reward is for oj, it is for a bogo coupon or something similar. I had no problem getting a coupon to print for bogo 4 pack at Cinnabon!
patti says:
There really aren’t any rewards that work for us. Too far away or not enough of a discount to entice us to go out.
Karen B. says:
Thanks Collin, received an email and snagged BOGO ticket for a water park and also got one on my husband’s email account
Pamela says:
Even with this being “free” today, I can’t find anything I want….I wish they had the BOGO coupons for their OJ. THat I would even use my points for. Oh Well.
Jenny says:
Thanks, it was a piece of cake to print out but I’m disappointed on how soon the expiration date is – I printed out an outdoor water park coupon for 50% off, but it expires in 2 weeks! I live in Minnesota!! It won’t be water park weather here for at least a month. Bummer. Oh well, all it cost me is ink and a sheet of paper
AM says:
I agree with you on the expiration!!
Jillian says:
Super easy! I should of spent more time searching, but I’ll take my bff out to lunch now with my $10 off $25 coupon for El Torito! Hey $10 for FREE… I’ll take it anytime.
I love Tropicana Rewards!
thorninc says:
very easy to figure out!!!
got a BOGO coupon for a Flight Museum we were already planning on going to tomorrow! SCORE!!!
cjs says:
I get a ‘server error’….?
Tricia Hunt says:
At first i got a blank print out but when i went to my account page there was a link to print from and it worked. Hope this helps!
Madeline says:
I noticed that the deals were similar to what I get in my Entertainment book…and now I see that the Tropicana Rewards is in conjunction with Entertainment. I chose a museum that’s not in my area and so not in my Entertainment book. I’m also disappointed by the expiration date…it’s only good for 2 weeks!! Not sure if I’ll make it by then. However…I took a survey and got one point. How difficult would it be to enter codes off orange juice containers to get more points? I know now that when I’m ready to go to that museum I can get the buy one entrance get one free. Good to know about the site, anyway!
Jennifer says:
Wasn’t really much of interest for me.
shaniqua says:
Didn’t have any problems snagging a BOGO lunch deal. If you don’t see any deals you can use, then just use your freebie to help save the rainforest. Just a thought.
Kim M. says:
Not eligible for the free reward, unfortunately.
Melissa R. says:
I found a local deli w/ a b1g1 half off offer, which worked out great since my sister and I were going to lunch on Monday and we’re always looking for new places to eat. And the coupon didn’t print, just the url on the top & bottom!! And if I want to redeem the coupon a 2nd time, it’ll cost a point (that bothers me, the coupon should have printed properly the first time b/c if I try again and it doesn’t print then I only have 1 more time to use that coupon!!)
Melissa R. says:
that should be – using a point doesn’t bother me, but its a waste if the coupon doesn’t print properly!
Jiya says:
Pampers grow 10 points:
WELOVECHEERIOS2
Lydia R. says:
Thank you, 10 points for that code!
Ginger says:
Yes, not as exciting as i had hoped. sounds like a bunch of advertisements to me. Also, watch out, b/c you only get ONE reward so make sure it is the one you want. I clicked on a restaurant one and it didn’t print so I tried another one and it told me I have already USED my reward. So, waste of time for me!
TD says:
didnt see anything i liked, but found a 10% off coupon (still no good, but why not) for a hardware store my bf and his dad like…so i clicked on Free Reward and it said deal is no longer available. not a fan of this site. thanks tho!!
Phyllis says:
my coupon printed out blank! What a rip off and a waste of my time!
Michelle says:
Haha, this sucked!! I searched for a reward, clicked “get free reward” printed it out and it only printed out a sheet with the word “coupon” on it, LOL Oh well, no big deal
Just makes me laugh.
Lisa says:
Easy Peasy!
Search of the reward you want and then click on free reward.
Carrie says:
Mine printed out blank too, the first time. I just clicked on “My Account” and saw a printer link icon. Clicked it, and my coupon printed out correctly – WEIRD!
Was a little discouraging, but hey, free coupon is worth a little extra effort
Leeanne says:
CONFUSING AT FIRST, BUT SIMPLE AFTER I REREAD THE INSTRUCTIONS!
Amy says:
How exciting! It was confusing at first. Once you get to the search site with the map of the USA, just enter your zip and hit search. Then, a list is given and when you click to learn more info on the offers, it’ll tell you on the next page (where description is) how many points you can redeem for the offer OR you can select “FREE reward”. For me, here in Birmingham, I could have (for free) a combo admission ticket upgrade to our nearest amusement park, free dance session at a school around the corner, by one get one free lazer tag game at GameZone, or the one I chose…10% off an introductory hour and 1/2 massage session at Massage Envy. This was a great way to poke around and see what’s out there to save points for!
Kim says:
At first confusing, but emailed Tropicana Rewards and they sent me step by step instructions. So, it was actually quite easy. We’ve been wanting to take the kids to the Zoo, and so, using my Rewards account and my hubby’s rewards account, I was able to print 2 BOGO Qs, plus they offer a military discount, so it looks like a trip to the zoo is going to cost my family of 4, about $24.00 (that is, if we pack our lunch, which we will, because I’m just that frugal
) Yeah!!!
Beverly says:
I got the dunkin dinuts buy a 1/2 dozen get a 1/2 dozen free. Good fo 15 days and there is one just a couple of miles the house. Beverly
Julie S. says:
THIS PROGRAM IS SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME!
No fault to Collin. I appreciate all that she does!
