Wow that’s a great deal! Thanks Collin! And there’s even a movie theater kinda close! 🙂
Woo Hoo! We live only about a mile & 1/2 away from a Regal Cinemas so I will definitely be taking my 3 kiddos to the movies during the free family film festival and we also will be doing the Kids Bowl Free all summer thing (we invested in bowling shoes so that we don’t have to rent them every time we go; that adds up quick) Looking forward to a fun-filled & mostly free summer! 🙂
If only I didn’t have to work.
None close by me. but what A great offer !
Cobb theaters does it as well! CLick on your theater to find your local theaters movies! Summer movies!

We LOVE the kids shows at Cinemark! These are great theatres and everyone who works at ours is always so nice and friendly! 🙂
I have to agree that Cinemark is a great company. I worked for them for many years as did my older brother. 🙂
We did this last year! It was fun and air conditioned when it gets out early out here! 15 dollars for movies all summer long!
Not trying to be “Debbie Downer” here, but just warning you, the Regal one is insane! I got there like 40 minutes early last year (a few times) and the line was wrapped all the way around the building!! Kids were screaming, parents were yelling…it was nuts! (This is the one in Richmond, VA–it may not be like that everywhere, though)
Does anyone know if parents are free too?
Parents were free in FL.
Yes parents are free. I have taken my 3 kids to the free Regal movies for the past 3 summers and it is a great thing!!! Yes you do have to get there around 9:15 or 9:30am for a 10am show but it is a nice (air conditioned) break to do 1 or 2x per wk. It hasn’t been terribly insane at our theatre.
(yes replying to myself LOL!)- wanted to add that Regal I belive has a large popcorn and large drink combo for around $11 however it has unlimited refills on both items. Usually my girlfriend would take her 4 kids, I would take my 3 kids and we would split the combo. We would pack empty sippy cups in our purses to put the drinks in you can get paper trays at the snack counter there to put the popcorn in. Then we would just get lotsa refills of both until all 9 of us had some. I suppose Regal would frown upon that but it worked for us. We also took our own snacks like lollipops, licorice, tootsie rolls, etc.
Michigan is not even on the states lists does that mean that we have NONE of these theaters?
It starts on June 15th in my city in FL. I do suggest getting their early as the daycares were taking their kids to some of the ones when we went..
All the daycares are the only thing that drive me nuts about the Regal theaters. They never have enough and chaperones and the kids are ALWAYS loud and misbehaving…at least at the theater where I live in Tallahassee.
I used to work for Cinemark and “Kid Shows” were my favorite to work. They were crazy busy but the kids were always way to cute and the ones that came every week got to know all of us that worked there. I remember I was at Walmart one night and heard from way down the aisle…”MOM LOOK ITS “BOOOOOVIE” lady”…hahaha it was too cute!
doesn’t that make you feel warm & fuzzy? knowing you are special to them 🙂
