how do you do this, I clicked on the Bengals and it wants a pin, do I just make up a pin?

I can’t get this to work for me. If I sign up as a “new user” it tells me that my email address already exists. If I sign in with that email address, it tells me that they don’t have me in the system! Argh!

if it says invalid pin, copy the pin, delete then re paste it. That worked for me.

FINALLY GOT ONE! FOUND OUT FROM EARLIER TRIES ONCE THEY ARE GONE THE ONLY MESSAGE THEY GIVE YOU IS “INVALID PIN” — I KEPT THINKING I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG AND CALLED THE 800 NUMBER. I TOLD THEM IT WOULD BE MORE CONSUMER FRIENDLY JUST TO SAY THEY WERE GONE…THE GUY TOLD ME THEIR SYSTEM WASN’T ABLE TO DO THAT….IT JUST QUIT RECOGNIZING PIN NUMBERS. GLAD I GAVE IT ONE MORE TRY, TODAY IT WORKED!
