I have tried to like hummus its so healthy for you, but its not my thing.

    • Heather

was it plain or flavored?? i have tried both and the plain is gross. Roasted red pepper is the best!

      • Kelly

I agree!! It must be the chickpeas I don’t like. I’ve tried multiple flavors when Kroger has them on sale for $1, but I haven’t liked any of them.

    • Lolo

I hate chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) and so I have never liked any hummus I have ever come across. =p There are tons of other healthy stuff out there for you just enjoy one of them instead. 🙂

    • Rachel

      This is for Target only.

    • Lisa

Have you tried this? I printed it and it looks “weird.” Not like a Target Coupon. Target coupons aren’t ususlly bricks coupons either. Hmmmmmmmm

      • Lisa

I read on another blog it was released by Cottonelle, so it should be legit!

  2. jaime

  7. Cecily

I have a coupon from one of the Sunday inserts that is $1.00 off Athenos Hummus!! Use these two together makes a sweet deal!! :):):)

    • Lori

Does anybody know which coupon insert – and date – this coupon was found? I’d love to find one in my coupon insert stash.

      • Laurie

There is a coupon for $1 off Atheno’s Feta in the 5/16 SS…but I could not find any Atheno’s Hummus coupon’s in the coupon database.

        • Lori

Thanks for checking. I also could only find the coupon for the feta, not for the hummus. Bummer!

If you want to save more money take a can of chik peas/garbanzo beans, throw them in the food prosesser with lemon, bit of water and olive oil, garlic powder, salt and presto! A lot of humus for less that a dollar. If there are certain flavors you like (basil, sesseme, red pepper etc) throw those into your base. Super easy.

    • bali

Yeah, that’s my favorite summer food – except I add some cumin. Add toasted pita bread and a salad, and you have a great summer meal!

    • Mary

You are so right! Super cheap and easy to make. I also add some cumin and a little ground red or chipotle pepper. A few tablespoons of fresh cilantro makes an awesome version too. We love it on whole wheat pitas with sliced cucumbers.

    • Annie

Thanks for the recipe. Roasted red pepper is my favorite and we all love hummus here. I’m going to try making it for the first time.

      you both very welcome

    • Michelle

Woo! Thank you! I knew patience would pay off. I did not want to mess with thousands of other people signing up at the same time, lol.

  11. Noelle

Pita chips and hummus is one of my favorite snacks! And I agree, the roasted red pepper is the best 🙂

  12. Tiphanie

DOes anyone know of a good site to buy ink?

    • Stephanie

I get ours at http://www.databazaar.com. They have good prices on printer cartridges and shipping is free. We have 2 Epson printers that use four individual color cartridges each, one is an older model that I can’t find the cartridges locally anymore.

      • Tiphanie

thanks! $5 cheaper and no shipping!

  13. Linda

    My recipe for hummus:

2 15 oz. cans chick peas, drained
    1/2 cup water
1/4 cup tahini or a sprinkle of sesame seeds
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 T olive oil
    1 T minced chipotle peppers
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. cumin
16 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
    1/3 cup fresh cilantro

Blend all but the peppers in the food processor until smooth, then add the peppers and pulse so they still are in pieces.

    • Annie

I’m going to try this recipe too! Thank you

  14. AnnMarie

Yummy! Anyone know of a good deal of Stacy’s Pitas? They go so well together!!!

  15. Stefanie

Thanks so much for this Collin! We eat a lot of hummus here and its so nice to find coupons like this for “real” food!

  16. Sue M.

Yummy! I lived in Saudi Arabia for 4 years and Hummus is a staple there. It’s served there with a little bit of oil also on top. Just make some indentations into it, to hold the oil.

    Thanks for the great coupon!

  17. Sue M.

Well Darn! I clicked on the link from Kari C and it said that the last free razor had been given away.

    Better luck next time… 🙂

  18. Annette

Just went to Fred Meyer (in Oregon) and it’s $1.50! Only .75 each with coupon. 🙂 I bought 4 different flavors, they have an expiration date of Sept. 2010 so I have a while to use it up.

  19. kate

I hit up Dillon’s last night here in Kansas. It was on sale 2/$5, so only $1.25 each after B1G1 coupon 🙂

  20. Jennifer B.

So disappointed!! I ran out the Stater Brothers to buy this, got through the line, and was told they restrict computer coupons. I love this store but they’ve put restrictions on computer coupons. No buy one get one fee accepted and nothing over $2. Now my whole outlook has changed on this store. I thought the companies reimburse the stores for the coupons??? Why put these restrictions on them????
