I got so excited ( hubby could use some more dress clothes for work) that I didn’t read the entire post, and didn’t go through Ebates, LoL. Oh well. I paid 62.46, but will get $50 voucher for more clothes, so only $12.46 OOP for 2 pairs of dress pants, and a dress shirt tie combo. Thanks for posting the deal Collin. I needed to add to his Father’s day present, and this is perfect. 🙂

We were just talking about this last night. My husband is a big undershirt guy and those add up. I’m thinking those, socks, and underwear. Not romantic, but these are always need items that I end up buying no matter what! So happy about this. I think that I may ask my in-laws to do this rebate too. I’ve done something similar before (maybe at this time last year) and the gift cards were easy to use – just use them by the date in October. I think we’ll get him so Dockers pants for work with those…..the wheels are turning!!!

i did this last time and forgot to use the gift card. DOH! Good deal if you remember before it expires! I bought clearance clothes to qualify 🙂

    How much is shipping?

    • Rachel

If you sign up for Sears “shipvantage” program shipping is free. You just have to remember to cancel your subscription before the free month ends. Or you can have some items shipped to the store for pick-up. There is also a code on ebates for $5 off 50 or more. Out total came out to $51 after the $5 was taken off and we got free shipping. Ended up only costing about $5 after sales tax. Such a great deal to get hubby things he needed anyway.

Excludes Lands End. Oh well. I’m headed up to Sears today. Thanks!

Hubby needs new clothes …. off to Sears I go 🙂 thank you!!!

I’m so glad this goes until the 20th. I really want to get my hubby some new clothes but I have to wait till payday.

  8. Ashley

What does Come Back Cash mean? Will this be an actual ck or will it be like a gift card that I can only use at Sears??

    • Ashley

Ok, I just read the details and firgured it out!!!! I probably should have done that before posting, lol!

  9. Jane

I posted a MONEY MKAING version. Thanks for the heads up!

    • Jane

Um, I was wrong. Cannot combo promo codes!

If you have teenage boys, this would be a great jump start to back to school clothes.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It says you need to use the come back cash in the men’s dept. I don’t know if Young Men’s would count?

      • anonymous

There are high schoolers who wear men’s clothing (think small/medium) especially if they are husky.

        • anonymous

And those going off to college gifts, christmas gifts, birthday gifts – there are countless possibilities to snag this deal!

          • sarah

Last year I was able to use the rebate gift card on jeans for my 5 year old, so I think it will probably work on any clothes purchase…unless they have changed it.

Check even the non-clearance items. I went through all the shirts (dress & casual) & found some great NO-IRON (yeah) button down plaid shirts for 4.99 & 7.99. These were not listed under the clearance area, but when I started to scroll through the sizes, they popped up. These are the ones: Covington Wrinkle Free Woven Shirt & Dockers. Yeah!!! Spent 75.00, got free shipping. Crossed off 3 guys in one deal.

Don’t forget to use your Shopyourwayrewards card. It is a new reward card that Sears now offers. Shopyourwayrewards.com

  13. Jane

Be careful guys, I just read this rebate was a dud for some at least last year. Folks denied rebate for spending less than $50 …do not count tax. And NO other discounts.

  14. Colleen

Worked great for me last year, happy to do it again this year!

  15. Rach

Can you buy the items in store and online? Thanks.

    • Brieanna

Yes! The CVS deal definitely sweetens the Sears deal!! Great work couponers! 🙂

  16. Kathleen

I did this last year, we bought my husband 3 pr of Dickies work pants, which are still in very good condition, btw!

We opted to get Sears gift cards. It took 6 months… I had to practically threaten to never shop at Sears again until they sent me the rebates. But, they were good for anything. So, I used them during Christmas season in conjunction with a sale and a $5 off $50 coupon and signed up for another Sears Charge card: I got 2 pr of dress boots for my daughters, and a winter coat ( we live in FL, but were going to Philly (just as a blizzard was hitting, lol) for the holidays for about $5 🙂

I think I will do it again, even though it was a major aggravation.. I was a newbie couponer then.. much wiser now, thanks to Collin!

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Does it matter if you shop on-line or in the store for this rebate?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I called the Sears rebate center and she told me you could make purchases online or in a store.

  18. Karen

Does anyone know when it says “Not valid with any other coupons or discounts (including associate discount)” that if you buy those items on clearance items that those items aren’t included? I didn’t do this promo last year, but it sounds like people had problems with it last time.

  19. lily2614

*Total purchase amount calculated after associates discounts, coupons or promotional offers before taxes

this is what it says on the rebate form. So yes It can be used on clearance but the $50.00 HAS to be spent BEFORE taxes.

  20. theDealyo.com

FYI….Usually the gift cards you buy at CVS or other drugstores charge face value ($50 for a $50 gift card) but charge a $2.95 activation fee. They put this in really small print on the card it comes on.

my husband bought some Dickies brand items and on the end of the reciept he had a Dickies rebate for $5 to send in….it says 9-12 weeks for rebate. keep an eye out!

  23. Stacey

I just got off the phone with someone at the Sear’s rebate # that is listed on the rebate form for this deal and he informed me that your rebate request would not be honored if you use a giftcard on your $50.00 purchase. I informed him that nowhere on the form is it listed that gift cards are excluded and he agreed that this was true but that the customer service people at Sear’s would inform you when you went to pay with your giftcard that the rebate would not be valid. I told him that it sounded like a “Bait and Switch” to me. So, just a heads up.

  24. Jane

This rebate is turning bad some who used the CVS card, reportts flooding in. I feel like a psychic, until I learned K-mart and Sears were the same company once- both lousy customer service.

  25. mer

UGH! Frustrated with Sears. They are refusing our receipt because it had sun glasses on it which are not part of the rebate. Although, at our store there is a HUGE sign above the glasses advertising this rebate and the cashier said it would work. Sears has horrible customer service. They were so rude to us!

  26. Michelle

Hey…I sent everything in sometime in June, got an e-mail saying I qualified for the rebate……Still haven’t gotten anthing even after making 3 calls to the rebate center….they keep saying wait a few more weeks. If I wait that long the redemption period will be over. Can anyone tell me if the got the rebates? And, any suggestions as to what to do about getting mine. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!

  27. laura wyatt

Can this offer be combined with the $25 giftcard back???
