checked out the shipping by making a “mock” order and shipping is very high…over $20 for an order $0-$24 so even with a $10 cert. it is not worth it to me.

Looks like you can get one gelato with a code for $0 shipping. I tried to add 2 gelatos and shipping jumped to $20, I just ordered one and got it overnight shipped for $0 total

I called them and they said you can only use one certificate per order, must be $95 or more and you have to redeem restaurant.com gc’s on the phone only.

Thats if you purchase the $25 gift card. The gift code collin is talking about is a free $10 off any purchase when you use the promo code FATHER to buy a restaurant.com gift card

If you seperate your gelato order into 2 seperate check-outs (or any order for that matter) – you can score 2 of them ($3.95 each) with free shipping! Just use the same promo code that you receive because it allows you to continue using it until your balance is used up!!! I scored 2 gelatos, both with FREE shipping – priority overnight! WOO HOO!!!

I came home to a message from LobsterGram… they said that I haven’t paid the $20+ shipping, and they won’t ship the gelato until I pay it. Guess this one won’t turn into a sweet deal.

Ya I checked my voicemail after work and I had a message from a woman saying that I did not pay for shipping and it would be a little over $20 for shipping for my 2 gelatos! WTF..who would pay that much shipping for 2 gelatos!!! I haven’t got to talk to anyone yet, but she can go a head and cancel my order because I’m not paying that..but I got my 2 order confirmations, so it is their fault..they made the screw up and should just send it.

Same here! I would never buy anything from them. The woman sounded so rude on my voicemail. She was talking as if I tried to pull a fast one over on her. All I did was put an item in my cart and check-out..I used my $10 off coupon code..It’s not my fault they had a glitch in their system and for shipping it said $0.00 for the gelato’s. I didn’t do anything wrong, but she was talking to me like i did..And telling me I better hurry up and call them back because the gelato’s are going fast..Anyways..I’m still happy with restaurants.com Can’t wait to try out this new restaurant on father’s day!! =)
