Is there a limit on the number of items you can buy? I ordered a teapot and a bunch of teas but the code only gave me free shipping. The 75% off only worked if I only had 3 items in my cart. The coffee basket is gone. Got a great deal on a cute teapot though!

never mind, I just went back and was able to order 7 different teas, but when I added another one the discount was gone. When I removed the last item the discount came back! So strange, anyway great deal even though I had to pay shipping twice.

i called their customer support since none of the bags of coffee list a size. (2oz bag?10oz?) They weren’t able to find out but they did wave my shipping and order it for me over the phone. I really hope the coffee is good and that the bags are decent size. Has anyone ever had this brand before? They were willing to submit an inquiry to find out about the bag size, but I was worried that by the time they had an answer all the coffee would be gone.

Discount disappeared if I added more than one of any item over $5. Would have loved to get more teapots for shower gifts, but I’m not going to do multiple orders and pay shipping on them all. Oh well. Still got 2 teapots and 4 sample tea tins for $17.00.

I had some trouble so I called the cs line…I had to delet my cookies to get it to accept the code…then as I finished my order it wouldnt process my card…so I called back…the cs agent Karen was awesome!!!! She took down my HUGE order and kept trying to get it to go thru…it took awhile and in the end I didnt get one thing I wanted because it was sold out by that time…but I got everything else so I am happy…and so thrilled with excelent cs…its so nice to talk to someone who really seems to care.
