I am so frustrated. I ordered books through Ebates, and when I wanted to pay through PayPal, it said that Books a million had to have my billing address! I tried it over and over and it just said the same thing and brought me back to where I had to sign in to Books a million . Dang, I wanted to get my granddaughter books for her 2nd birthday coming up in July. Did anyone else have this problem??
Emily says:
Thank you – I purchased a replacement copy of Very Hungry Caterpillar for my son – he’s loving our current copy to pieces.

Beware with this company. I purchased books through their website during a similar deal last year. First my books were canceled then, supposedly, shipped, then canceled, then they tried to charge me full price for them. In the end, I paid nearly $30 to them and never received a book OR a credit. I fought long and hard through PayPal and directly with the company. They kept telling me they credited my account but it never showed up on my end and PayPal told me no credit had came through. In the end I got no where with them. I refuse to even shop at their B&M stores now because of the shoddy customer service I received.
