I did this last time and put my moms info..she never mentioned getting anything..wonder if she did!
How do you select your samples?
When I click on a sample, I then click on a color.
Then I click on another sample and then a color.
Then I click a third sample.
I click NEXT.
And it tells me to select my sample.
UGHHHHHHHH!
What am i doing wrong?
I can’t get the security image correct I have done it 4 times. I have entered what it says…is there a trick I don’t know about?
I had to click the samples twice to get it to work that should help for kidssallgone.
same here, I give up. I know I’m entering the security codes right so it’s an error on their part
It didn’t take my security code the first time (I didn’t have the CAPS LOCK on). The second time I entered it with the CAPS LOCK on and it took it. We’ll see if I actually get the sample now.
I ordered mine will receive in 14 days I still haven’t received the last one did anybody get the last sample.

I did this a few months ago, my mom never recieved anything.
I got it my sister was my friend she does not wear makeup very much so it will end up being mine it is just going to her first

I did this the first time it came out (about 1 or 2 months ago) and my sister hasn’t received anything.

WARNING!! I am never one to complain about a free sample but when I have to pay for the postage and the sample is not worth the price of the postage it’s not one I’m interested in. My postman came by and said I needed to pay 61. cents for postage. I did pay not sure what it was because it didn’t have a name on the package. I opened my sample and it’s hardly anything in the 3 little containers. I’m not saying 61 cents is a huge amount of money but when something says “free sample” I don’t expect to have to pay postage and have the sample be a tiny little drop. Also I did get the same email as some others did. I don’t think this company seems to be worth the time and effort. You do get a online coupon for 15% off, if that’s something you’re interested in.
