Follow Me Tuesday (& Wednesday and Thursday) as I Make a Few Phone Calls to Walgreens!
This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Tuesday, June 29th, 2010 at 3:09 pm.
How many of you are familiar with the following scenario?
You plan out your shopping trip to your local Walgreens store (i.e. you clip/print all your coupons, read through the extensive deal list on Hip2Save
, and write down all the transactions that you are planning to make). You arrive at your Walgreens, find the items, and go to checkout… feeling very excited about all the deals you are about to score. You are then told by the cashier and/or manager one or more of the following:
*No, you cannot use a manufacturer coupon AND a Walgreens Instant Value coupon on the same item.
*No, you cannot use a Buy 1 Get 1 Free item with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale to get 2 items essentially free.
*No, you cannot use a coupon that is of higher value than the item you are purchasing.
You then drive to another Walgreens down the road, buy the same items, and are able to complete the SAME transactions that you were not able to do at the previous Walgreens. How frustrating is that?! I cannot stand the fact that we all receive different/conflicting information from Walgreens employees…this absolutely drives me crazy!
This craziness is what led to the video below. I was determined to find out what sort of response I would receive when the same 5 questions were asked to 4 different Walgreens store managers across the country AND the Walgreens Corporate office. So watch the video to see what I discovered…
**If you can’t see the video, then go here to watch it.
*Please note that I contacted Walgreens managers in the following 4 states: Idaho, North Carolina, Missouri and Texas; and I called the Walgreens Corporate Customer Service Center in Alabama. Because these states only require one party consent to record a telephone conversation, I was able to record these phone calls legally! ![]()

Renee says:
Hilarious! THIS is why every company should have the same coupon policy that every store follows. Especially with the way “coupons are changing.”
Alisha says:
hahahaha
luckygirl says:
You crack my up girl, wish you lived in Utah, you’de be so much fun to shop with!!!
Lesa McMahon says:
Instant Value Coupons (the ones that come in the monthly coupon book) are Manufacturers coupons and it’s my understanding that you cannot stack a MFC with a MFC, even if one of them is only good at a particular store, like Walgreens. So, if you’re shopping at a Walgreens where the system is accepting your double stacking, then keep shopping there!
Lisa says:
That is one thing I don’t get. Yes they say manufacturer coupon on them but the bar code is the Walgreens barcode NOT a manufacturer’s coupon barcode.
Adrianna says:
I used to go to WAGS alot as well until the assistant manager personally harrassed my best friendand I for using coupons!! He told the whole staff that we are stealing from the store by using coupons, which is NOT true as you all know!! Then he ws following us around and watching what we would buy, and if we wanted more than two of ANYTHONG on sale he would tell us WE were limited to two items of each thing!! So I called corporate and complained, and haven’t been back since.
Jennifer says:
I just went today to get free gum. I used the instant value coupon in the July booklet for 3/98cents. I had a manufacturer coupon for $1 off 1 pack of gum. They took both coupons. The only problem I have is getting the register rewards. When I don’t get one they tell me its because I used too many coupons or something strange that doesn’t make since. Then they refused to take 2 more coupons I had because of the tax. I only bought food…since when do they tax food?
Stacey says:
I’m so glad you did this. I have been steaming at Walgreens ever since I tried to use a $1 coupon on an item on sale for 99 cents. Not only wouldn’t the assistant manager do it (which I politely disagreed with, but was fine and did not push), but she has been going around telling people on staff there that I am trying to commit FRAUD by trying to do it…and I swear my coupons were extra analyzed the last time I went because of this incident.
yvette says:
ive had the same issue with trying to use a $1 coupon on a $.99 item. at times it will be done and at other times it will beep and they wont use it because its more than the item cost and the coupon doesnt cover taxes. have had this happen more at CVS
Keeli says:
I am a CVS employee. I’m truly sorry you’ve had problems with that. Our system does beep when the coupon value is over the item price. However, it simply asks us if we would like to re-key the value of the coupon to the price of the item. I am a huge couponer!! I would call corporate on that store. They know better than that. Our motto at CVS is “Just say YES!”
Alisha says:
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I am not alone!!! The only consistent thing about Walgreens is that they are inconsistent! I can always know that whenever I go there I will always be disappointed in one way or another. I stopped going altogether about 1 month ago. I mean, even a 20 dollar money maker won’t get me through those doors now. NOTHING is worth the trouble I have been through with my WAGS. YOU were crackin me up and I felt like I was in the room with you as you made these calls, laughing right along with you. I cannot wait to show my husband this, who has heard all my stories or frustration with WAGS over the past two years that I have been couponing.
nicoleinseattle says:
Collin-
You should submit this video and all of the comments you have received regarding Walgreens to the corporate offices. I have no idea if it would do any good but couldn’t hurt!
Alisha says:
One other thing…I hate Walgreens, and I always skip over the deals that are posted so that I won’t even be tempted anymore by what sounds like it could be a good deal, because I know that when I get to the store the workers are going to look at me like, “oh, there’s the girl with the coupons, who always makes a big deal everytime her stupid catalina does not print out or when we tell her not to use a coupon.” (which is almost every time!) I hate the store now, and am grateful for this opportunity to blast that message to a crowd that cares. I never ever suggest that anyone go to Wags if they are just starting to use coupons. I always send them to CVS, where things are very consistent….and I really hope corporate reads this, along with all the other messages.
Kiyomi says:
What are you favorite stores (that don’t give you a hassle)? I was told yesterday at Albertsons, that using a coupon over the amount of the item was coupon fraud! I was very embarassed as the other customers looked on…then the clerk said it was incumbent upon her to make sure to enter the coupon amount to be the same as the item amount. Funny thing is, when I checked the receipt, she did not do what she said (committing coupon fraud apparently) and I got my overages!! Does anyone know the law? I’m going to try to look it up for Washington state, as I found that situation aggravating and humiliating!
Amy says:
ME TOO!!! I had the worst experience at Walgreens today. All of the “freebies” were out of stock (as usual), their coupon printer was out of ink (so had to void the transaction, change the ink, and start over), Pringles price rang up incorrectly, and (of course) the register did not want to take my coupons. One example…I tried to get 3 packs of Dentyne gum and the computer would take 1 of my $1/1 coupons, but not the other 2. I suggested adjusting the price but of course, “We can’t do that” and adjusting the coupon would be “coupon fraud”. I spent at least 30min checking out. Sorry to vent, but unless they have an amazing deal on an item I am desperate for, I’m through with Wags.
Shannon F. says:
Oh how I enjoyed this video!! lol I just went thru a similar situation calling all my local Walgreens here in RI. I had gone to my favorite Walgreens up the road and tried to make a purchase with a coupon printed from my computer. The cashier wouldnt accept it and said that they cannot accept “black and white” coupons. I asked why, she said she didnt know.. something about coupon counterfeitting. I asked to speak to the manager who was no older than 19. He said something rediculous about the B&W barcodes not scanning. Um… pretty much all bar codes are B&W!! lol I even asked about the rare coupons that are in my news section of the paper which are B&W, and he replied that they cannot accept them. He said it was company policy and there was nothing he could do. He was super rude too but Ill let it slide.
There are 10 Walgreens stores in under 6 miles from my house here in Rhode Island… I called every one after the incident. They all said they accepted the coupons, but all 10 gave me completely different answers on the phone about their coupon policy otherwise! 5 of those stores are even in the same city! I couldnt believe it!
When I finally went into one to make a purchase, I went to the less busy makeup counter and found an older employee who was super sweet and open. She complained about the RR deals and coupon mess because she is a couponer herself. I asked about the B&W issue.. and she said she never heard that there was a problem. But the only thing that she could think of was that within the past two weeks they issued a memo throughout the stores to not take any coupons for Frito Lay products. Apparently a counterfeit B&W colored coupon, doctored from a RedPlum insert, was being used by ONE woman in MASSACHUSETTS! She was abusing it on Dorito purchases. All that mess and confusion, poor management from a badly misunderstood memo. *slapshead*
What to Expect When You're Losing Your Mind says:
Yeah, there is one WAGS I go to where the cashier who works during the day has that memo taped to her register. Every time I use an IP coupon she points to that memo and says that because of counterfeiting she has to check with management before she takes the coupons. Then she walks all the way back to talk to her manager, gets the OK, and puts it through. Such a PITA just because of one person. Ugh.
Lori says:
here in Ohio I was told they couldn’t take my bogo snapple because it was Black and white and it could be counterfeit. So I guess they don’t know we CAN print in color too. Forget color.
Florida Shopper says:
I was just told by a manager today that they no longer take black and white coupons from the internet. His reason was that the vendors are not reimbursing them because of it. They said the policy change came a couple of weeks ago. i went to CVS yesterday and a manager was checking me out and scrutinized my b & w coupon and said they could not be reproduced. I said (very politely) it isn’t reproduced it was printed directly from the internet – he scanned it through and I was on my way……….
rocknrollmomma06 says:
i have tried and tried, and for the life of me can NOT figure out how to print coupons in black and white! they always come out in color, it would see that there’s no way to alter the settings on my computer/printer (both Dell). i feel ridiculous now that i know others are printing off in black and white, but maybe for the sake of avoiding a “fraud” hassle i should just keep printing in color?! can anyone tell me how they manage to print in black and white?
Jaime says:
I LOVE my Wags! They let me use any coupons I want and it it doesn’t work they will cancel transaction and try it again another way
They get just as excited as we do about saving $$ and free stuff…Not to mention the cashier told me to call when there is going to be freebies and she will put them back for me so they don’t sell out before I get there ….They are my FAV!
Angie says:
I have the same problems! There is one Walgreens here in Salisbury, NC that I won’t go to because they scrutinize every coupon and give me a hard time. I tried to use 5 Axe coupons to get the redbox dvd codes, the register beeped and they told me I could only use one per transaction. So I went down the road to another WG and they didn’t even look twice at my coupons and they didn’t beep. What’s that all about?!
Monica says:
this was funny! so true ! looking forward to part 2.
Kevin says:
I’m very glad you did this! My wife and I have decided we will never visit a Walgreens store again, no matter what, because of coupon issues! If they were giving away free cars we still wouldn’t go!
Renee L. says:
IDK – I might bring my coupons and be armed and ready if there was a free car involved!!!!!
Patty says:
I have the same issues in my local Walgreens in Rochester, NY…. I have stopped going there because I never know if I can make my deal and often I leave disappointed and frustrated because I have been treated poorly and wasted my personal time. I will spend my money at Riteaid and CVS.
destinee37311 says:
I Irefuse to use RiteAid anymore. . I had more trouble out of them 1 day than I did at any day in Walgreens, not that I will use them much anymore either. CVS is like the greatest store in my area. I even wrote to corporate about a manager here in town that is just wonderful, I didnt realize I had an expired $5 off $25 or more and he took it said since it was a CVS coupon he wasnt going to make a deal about it. He even made sure my coupons were stacked and scanned to get the most out of my coupons. He said it’s not coming out of his pocket and CVS isn’t losing any money. He said if it wasn’t for couponers he wouldnt do nearly the business since the store is a bit off the beaten path.
I think if any store is going to accept coupons then there needs to be a written policy whether it is corporate or store to store and posted so everyone who walks in can read and know the policy and refer to it when issues arise. And yes I agree with others about sending this to corporate.
Carrie says:
I relate to your reaction with the lady in phone call #3 where she gets confused and rambles about nothing that had to do with your exact question. Unfortunately it is a toss up with Walgreens since there is no corporate policy on coupons *yet*. The only one Walgreens in my town is pretty cool about coupons. Yes there are always issues on every visit it seems with the coupons but in the end, if the scenario doesn’t work right, I just don’t get the product and ask for a full refund which they are always willing to do. The cashiers do try and help me figure what goes wrong some of the times and we’ll add filler items to try and make it work but again, it’s always depending on who is ringing you up. The night manager told me last week that the catalina for Renu didn’t print because I had used a coupon from either SS or RP and since it was a manuf. coupon, that’s why the Register Reward didn’t print. Nope. We retried with a different Renu solution and that time it worked. So you never know unless you’re willing to be persistent and crack the system.
I am persistent now even though it’s taken awhile to get to this point with couponing at Walgreens. Yep they are lukewarm, neither hot or cold. But corporate CVS is consistent and that is a plus in their arena on this couponing issue.
Katie says:
Sorry super confussed.. Is there only one part to this video?
michstar76 says:
There is more to come…
Bridget says:
Do you suppose it would help to submit this post to Wags corporate office?
Kristin says:
The last time I called corporate, which was about two weeks ago, they told me they were in the works of creating a coupon policy… I wanted to tell her that I could create her one and email it to her in minutes! No need to take years creating it! LOL
laura73 says:
Your video is ROFLOL!!!!! I absolutely hate going to Walgreens. Every time I think I’m going to get a good deal I’m disappointed. The cashier looks at me like “oh there’s the lady with all the coupons”. Then he makes comments like “this coupon won’t work”, before he even tries to scan it. I can usually persuade him to scan the coupon and SURPRISE it works. The other night I came home very upset and told my husband that I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again. I tried to buy the Purina One dog food, but the coupon is for $2 and the item is $1.99. They would not price the coupon down and I was buying $13 worth of other stuff so that should compensate for the penny overage. UGH! I just got my sister to start couponing and I told her NEVER go to Walgreens no matter how good the deal looks because you won’t get it. Hopefully, corporate will see this and do something about their coupon policy, or should I say their lack of a coupon policy.
Sarah says:
i only go to WAGS now if the transaction is easy and straight forward. I don’t want the headache or disapointment. I see all the possible purchases but pass them up so I don’t have to deal with the stress.
I would so love for them to have coupon policy, I think I would help them out so much with the couponers instead of the open window they have now.
Dawn says:
I have to agree with most people here….I am not a fan of Walgreens…..We only have one in town and they never have anything!!! We went on Monday to get the free socks, blistex and some other things and low and behold they were out. This happens every week, especially if it is a free register reward deal. I can drive 70 miles to another town and always find what I am looking for. I have complained several times to the manager and the corporate office and they just don’t get it. If you are not there on Sunday when the ad comes out you will not get the goods. It even happened with the Hershey candy bars last week. We don’t have many problems with coupons, just one cashier that doesn’t like them, so we avoid him.
ann says:
Ask for a raincheck.
Renee L. says:
I too have been having more problems at Wags lately. The problem that I had the other day was with the by $25 worth of Gillette/Old Spice receive $10 RR. Well I used coupons that made my total go below that $25 mark (I mean, come on, you can get body wash and deod for free most weeks, why would I intentially spend $25) and naturally the $10 RR did not print. When I inquired about this (and the store manager just happened to be standing there) I was told that it was because I went below $25 on my purchase. Um, I looked at the ad in detail when I got home, and I could find no where that this was stated! My problem too is the inconsistency…and the stuff made up as they go along. They have great deals if you’re lucky enough to have the moon/stars line up, and a cashier/manager that are semi-knowledgable. Sorry for the rambling, just needed to vent frustration too.
Renee L. says:
O and btw, I loved the video. Made my day watching your faces and expressions. Thank you for your investigative work and all that you do to make this site rock!!
Rona says:
I had to comment on this one. I recently went to WAGS and was told no to using a coupon by a cashier she implied it was probably a fake. So I turned around and went to another line and that cashier took my coupon no problem. This was not he first time I got denied and I am not even a super couponer im more of a casual one.I then sent an email to corporate regarding the situation and am waiting to hear back. I no longer shop there and thats a big deal because honestly until the last 3 months I had been to CVS maybe 2 times. Now I dont even read the flyer to Walgreens and it used to be my favorite store. The CVS is directly across the street and they are consistant with there policy and thats a big deal to me. Who wants to worry about a transaction going through everytime you go in a store. When your on a budget like me those one or two coupons mean the diffrence of buying something else I may need.
Kristen says:
LOL i had to stop the video I was so embarrassed for that guy LOL! That was so funny. I wonder if Walgreens will respond to this!? Also can you get in trouble for recording someone that you dont tell them you recording? I know that when you call other places they have to tell you that they are recording the conversation… I have no idea just a thought.
steph317 says:
thats why she picked certain states, because its perfectly legal in some statess
Pam Schutt says:
I have two Walgreens in town. One that I refuse to shop at because of this kind of situation and the other I go to daily! My Walgreens has the nicest cashiers and management. I never have any issues with coupons and they will even save deals for me when I ask! I am so sorry to those of you who have to deal with kind of frustration. Maybe it will take all of us writing to corporate to change this situation? Thanks for this very funny video… It made my day and I sent it to my Walgreens Managers to see just what people are going thru. Yes I have his email… that way he can hold my deals for me! My store really rocks!
Lesa McMahon says:
I haven’t had any issues at my Walgreens yet either. I’m careful to go when I think it will be less crowded and I don’t usually ring up a large cart full of stuff either. I’m just starting to get into couponing and I have gotten some great deals.
We just had a new CVS go up on my side of town, so I’m going to have to learn the ins and outs of the deals there now, too.
Chrissy says:
That video is awesome! I actually complained to corporate Walgreen’s after I had a cashier get nasty with me (here in Maryland) just in dealing with accepting a number of manufacturers coupon’s- (4 huggies coupons to be exact) she told me basically I should just be happy to get diapers on sale at all and if I needed to use so many coupons in addition I shouldn’t be having kids!!! Then corporate had the local store manager call me about the incident but when it came to the actual initial couponing problem, he had no clue what he was talking about.
JennyBerg says:
Wow, I would have called too, what a mouthy little snot! I can’t believe the humility that some people give others after seeing you’re trying to save money, what a joke! Good for you, get those cheap/free diapers! LOL
Rachel says:
you know, this brings up a pretty interesting situation. youtube can be used to show all corporate entities how really horrible their customer service really is. i mean, it seems i can call 10 different people and get 10 completely different answers on one question. and this is EVERY company out there.
this could be the start of a consumer revolt!
Amber says:
Just curious where is part 2 I live in Tx and I have 4 Walgreens around me and they are all different with policies!! I call all the time and get different stories as well so I am just curious what you were told!!!!
Christa K. says:
The facial expressions are worth the watch.
Valita says:
awesome, collin! now do walmart! do walmart!
Lonnie says:
I solved my Walgreens problem…….I DON’T DO BUSINESS THERE ANYMORE!!!!!!
Nichole says:
Can’t wait for part 2 & 3! I was laughing right along with you on that last call! Anyway it sounds like alot of people have issues with their walgreens, I live in Michigan and I just started shopping at walgreens about 2 months ago and I have never had a problem with them, they always honor all my coupons and are extremely polite about it also. I feel sorry for all of you who have had horrible experiences.
klfelice says:
I live in Tennessee. I have not had a problem with my local WALGREEN’S so far. I am new to couponing. The cashiers have been very helpful and explain things to me as I go. I have learned not to go the day the sale starts because the sales are not marked on Sunday mornings or afternoon. I usually wait until Monday or Tuesday before I go.
Kristen says:
Wow, I live in Missouri and just want to say, “We are all not that inarticulate!” Jeez!
Amber R. says:
That last call made me laugh so hard!! It’s interesting how they are each giving different answers. Thanks for doing this!!

Katie says:
I shop at Walgreens twice a week. Some tips to help your trip go better is to call on Sat or Sunday when you see the add and ask the manager to stock up on the big RR items or items that would be cheap. I was told by a manager that they don’t look at the adds to order, they just see what is on the shelfs. If you let them know specifically what you want, they will add it on their truck that will come in the middle of the week. They want your sales. Also another tip is to always ALWAYS check out at cosmetics….don’t block up the front with all your coupons, they won’t be helpful to you because other people are waiting. I have found the cosmetic people to be very helpful. Lastly you atract more bees with honey
be kind and understanding, I am sure the employees are just as upset that there isn’t a set coupon policy.
Donna says:
This was facsinating. Here in IL we have a Walgreens on every corner. So I go there quite frequently and have NEVER had a problem redeeming any coupons there. Where I have run into a problem is at Target! There coupon policies change like the wind.
hollie says:
i love wags! and love my missouri cashiers. i never have troubles. i am patient and kind and friendly and that’s goes a long long long way. even have a few i have added to my christmas card list!!!! go wags!!
Melinda Z. says:
I LOVE Walgreens! At my store, the managers allow me to stack the instant value with an in-ad coupon and with a MFC. If they are out of something, they are always willing to substitute and tell me that they just want me to be happy. I never take advantage of this relationship and I think they know by their willingness to be fair and please me to the best of their ability, they have earned a very loyal customer. My store is in N Portland on Ainsworth for any of you that live in Portland Oregon.
Melissa says:
Just got back from Walgreen’s for another wasted trip. I spent an hour compiling senerios with the products they had in stock (which was none of the FREE w/ RR deals). I didn’t recieve any RR for the 5 items I was expecting one from. The Night Manager told me that RR don’t print when you use Manufacture Coupons. I mentioned that many ads list that coupons are in the Sunday Paper and show senarios which you’ll recieve the RR after. He pulled out the paper and read the fine print at the bottom of the ad and came out with his own bizarre interpretation, rambling on like the girl you had on the phone. He was at least super nice and returned my items and I got cash back for the price of my coupons.
Kinda wish I would have gotten my coupons back for the Dr. Scholl’s instead to try again later. Uugh! I hate wasted, frustrating trips to Walgreens! I’ve never shopped at CVS but I think it’s time to change stores unless Walgreens gets there act together.

“Like you could use like a coupon that like has the value of the item like if you got ummm…like three different items as long as it was not over the amount of the one item, um….” LOLOLOLOL – Laughing so hard at this! Oh what I have missed since my kids have gotten out of school and I went on vacation for two weeks! lol But, now I’m back and ready to start back up getting the deals!!! Looking forward to part 2 and part, like, um… haha. Aren’t you glad you don’t use that many pauses to just get your questions out?! ;p
Tess says:
I love watching your video’s… Now that I know a little more about couponing I found myself making the same faces you were at some of the answers…
I have one Walgreens very close and I have shopped there.. I have to say there are 2 people there that are fantastic when it comes to coupons, if others are there I just walk out. The cosmetics lady even had a little index box of coupons she was checking into see if she had anymore coupons that she could apply on top of mine. The other is a older lady that was there my first day of couponing, she was great in helping me and making sure I could get the RR’s and the most value. The other store is several miles and is a little larger than my local one and if I happen to be in the area I will stop there, they are all very friendly there and I have never had any problems with coupons, if they beep they figure it out and make it work if they can.
I only have the option of one Rite Aid unless I want to drive aways.. There is one woman there that is horrible. She is mean and she refuses to allow you use coupons in a certain order which has prevented me from using $5.00 off $25.00 in the past. I tried to explain that the register would beep if I handed her a coupon for something I had not purchased and she got flat out NASTY… So I only shop there if there is an I CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT THIS DEAL going on, because it never seems to fail she is the checker.. Sometimes I have been lucky and she is on a day off or she goes on break and the girl that replaces her is a sweetie. She gets more excited than I do watching the final total drop…
cathi says:
Girl, you are BRILLIANT! I would LOVE for Walgreens to see this at their CORPORATE level….the same thing goes for WalMart too….I have given up with Walgreens due to the continued inconsistencies and the HASSLE! People treat me at WAGS and Wally World like a thief when I coupon. They scrutinize the coupon to the last little bit. And honestly it is not worth my headache. I get angry because I feel like then the retailers have WON and I again, lose. But I give my business to Publix, Kroger (at times) Rite Aid (when the deal is good) Target when I know I won’t get some h.s. kid who doesn’t know a coupon from a hole in the ground. Thanks for doing this….these videos are a PRIME example of why us moms have the HARDEST job ever!
Nikki says:
Hm, I am a Walgreens employee and we actually have coupons stored behind the cosmetic counter for customers. I’m not sure as to why some of the walgreens stores and their employees are so nasty about coupons, but at our store, I’ve actually tried to use as many coupons as I can for customers when I realize that they’re buying an item that I have a coupon for. =/ I dunno, maybe it’s just the workers that you all have encountered. =/ Sorry for such horrible customer service, but you all are welcome to coupon-shop at our Walgreens in Oakdale, MN anytime! =) I’m a couponer myself; just saved a whole bunch today with a bunch of coupons (Spent $6 on stuff that would have been worth over $25!!).
Liz says:
I live in TN and my Walgreens is awesome! I’ve never had a problem with coupons, and the store employees have always been extra nice and professional. One woman (I call her my coupon friend at Walgreens) will actually check me out in cosmetics and do several transactions so I can take advantage of my register rewards. After reading all your comments, I realize how lucky I am—-Especially since I only have ONE Walgreens in my town!
Anonymous says:
It is people like her that annoy me. I hate coupon shoppers…they just take up all my time at the register…get a job and get a life…you are cowardly for not saying what you we uo to first…ever heard if id10t…figure it out idiot

I notice your name is Anonymous, and then you go and call her cowardly…real smooth! Who are you? What do you do? Be proud, you wouldn’t want to be a coward now!
