I went to Food Lion yesterday and took advantage of the HERSHEY deal, the Dove deal, and used my coupon for Food Lion veggies. I got 3 bottles of Dove Shampoo, 2 Dove deodorant, one Hershey bar, and one box of Spinach for $7.64! The Hershey bar and spinach were completely FREE! :O) Oh yeah and I figured out the price for each Dove product. It equaled out to about $1.52 each.

Right now if you buy 15 dollars worth of Dove products, you’ll automatically get 5.00 off of your FL order. I also used 4.50 worth of coupons and was able to save quite a bit! I think the Dove deal ends on the 13th.

I am just a little leary of this. I went to the Food Lion Website and I do not see anything about the Guiding Star Game on there. I know that they had this game going on last year. Since I can’t find it personally myself on any website, I will skip this one until someone can direct me through an official website. I get their e-mail every week and when it was going on before they advertised it just like Kroger is advertising their Summer of Savings game. Just saying I’m not doing it.

The only reason I knew about the guiding star game was become I “liked” them on Facebook. As of yesterday, the third post down on their wall had a link to the guiding star game.

The bloom in Anderson, SC is taking donations for Gatorade, all donations are going to the troops. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! They are on sale for $1.00 each, plus there are coupons that can be used.
