I got it to work, but I live in Ohio and it gave me retailers in Montana! I had to click “No” after I clicked submit to get a list, I just chose one.

If you’re having trouble with the retailers not showing up, try clicking the SUBMIT button anyway. I didn’t get retailers at first, but clicked submit, and then I got an error page saying I didn’t select one, which had the retailers listed.
Also, it’s VERY fussy about the address. If you enter anything in the second address field that it doesn’t recognize as part of an address (like an apartment number, 1st Fl, etc.), it will not list retailers. Try using JUST the street address number.

Wouldn’t work for me either, had the retailer issue others are describing. I refreshed the page also and got a list of stores in Iowa. (I live in WA state!) I picked one and it went through.

It finally works if you click no when it asks if you only want to view secure information or something like that. When I clicked no, the retailers popped up and it went through. Hope that helps.

Well, at first it listed the stores in my area and I picked one and clicked submit. Then it told me that my address in invalid (?) and listed stores in Washington! I double checked my address, did NOT choose any of the stores listed, and it went through that time! Hope the coupons come out right

Even though the site is not working right now, I encourage everyone to try this food. I’ve fed my dogs Innova (regular, not Evo) for two years now, and the skin allergies that they had ever since we got them disappeared. Innova is a very high quality food, and this is a good chance to try it out.
