Next time you’re at Chick-fil-A, make sure to check the bottom of your receipt for an online survey opportunity! Mary over at Hooked on Bargains saw the survey opportunity on her receipt and in return for taking the survey, she’ll score a FREE Chick-fil-A Sandwich! I’ve seen similar survey offers at various other restaurants too, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for these.
Boston Market is offering up a booklet filled with $40 worth of coupons for ONLY $1! …AND even sweeter, the proceeds from the book go to Give Kids the World Village, a foundation that fulfills the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses!

And I have done the ChickfilA survey more than 2 days after I was there and it worked. So don’t throw it out just because more than 2 days have passed!

Anybody know what triggers the Chick-Fil-A survey offer to print? Is it just random, or do you get it for ordering certain items?

I think your chances of getting a survey are greater if you go to the inside counter. They want you to rate the inside of the store. I think I have scored about three or four sandwiches in the past 6 months.

I’m always in the drive through and it seems random. I usually get one every 3-4 weeks or so.

Recently, my receipts have included a free 4 pack kids meal wyb a combo. Definitely check the bottom of your receipts!!

Our Sonic here in PA also has free sandwich offers on the bottom of the recepits if you just take the short survey!

Awesome deal on Boston Market with GKTW. We stayed at Give Kids the World Village for my nephew’s Make-A-Wish trip. It is a magical place that is completely catered to children, and aside from just a few full-time employees, is run entirely on donations and volunteers.

I just got a free chic-fil-A chicken sandwich coupon in the mail if you purchase fries and a drink, signed up email for my local store and they send out things like this once every few months. Its a treat because they are so expensive.

sometimes on the chick-fil-a receipts with the survey you will get your free sandwich and if you buy something small (like a soda or juice) then you will get another receipt back with another survey… it’s like “rolling” your deals at chickfila!!! awesome!

Chick-fil-A does do the surveys randomly. They are continually wanting to improve on your experience. So when you fill out the survey please fill it out accurately. The sandwich is a great reward for filling out the survey.

Just about any fast food restaurant will have random receipts where you can do a survey for free food. I know that Taco Bueno and Arby’s do this and I know there are others but I have forgotten them.

I’m a Chick-Fil-A employee and as to my knowledge the coupon is every 3 receipts. So if you want desert I suggest you come back later and order that to increase your chances
