I’ve used the “free” codes at least 10 times at the Blockbuster Kiosks and probably only two of them ended up being free! The screen told me it would be free, but they charged my card anyways. I’ve emailed Blockbuster regarding this issue, and have not heard anything back. It’s now been almost 3 weeks. Needless to say, I will NOT be using Blockbuster kiosks AGAIN! BAck to Redbox for me.

that bites. This is exactly why I use REDBOX ftw!!, I had a disc that had a scratch on it, and skip a tiny bit of the movie, I emailed them and not even 24 hours later, they not only emailed back, apologized for the issue, told me it would be removed from the kiosk asap and ontop of all that offered me 2 free codes! NOW that people, is customer service! And this kind of service is extremely rare nowadays. And this wins me as a customer for life!.
