FREE Zen MP3 Player Courtesy of Napster?!
Napster just announced this on their Facebook page:
Everyone Wins Wednesday! Music comes alive on the stage. Do you remember your first concert? Tell us about the experience! Who did you see, what year and where. Everyone who comments will receive a 1GB Creative Zen MP3 player. (Please note: Limit one win per person, only open to U.S. addresses)
They also added this to their wall:
HEY everyone! After you comment here, please email your name and mailing address to blogger@napster.com with the subject line EWW 7/7
Remember that you can only win once and we are only able to ship in the USA. Thanks!
…SO I guess all you need to do is “Like” them on facebook, then leave a comment answering the question above on their Facebook wall. By doing so, it sounds like you should score yourself a FREE 1GB Creative Zen MP3 player! 😀
(Thanks, Dayna!)
Help…a question:
If you have already emailed them but did NOT put the special subject line ( EWW 7/7) will it still be valid?? I am afraid of resending it and a duplicate entry invalidating mine. They didnt have that special subject header when I sent mine.
replying to my own message…he he…it is only on the twitter page I see mention of the special subject line. I do not see it mentioned anywhere on the facebook page and that is where I sent mine in so I guess I am safe then.
I just saw where someone else asked about the subject line on their FB page, and their reply was that you will NOT be disqualified if you failed to put the EWW 7/7 subject line. They also asked to please not resend an email with the correct subject if you sent it incorrectly.

My first concert was Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass. This was at the Atlanta auditorium in late 60’s. Herb and his music (Taste of Honey) were really hot in the day. Nice summer day, my friend with which I went had a convertible and it was great.
You need to do this on napster’s fb page! Not here!
My first concert was with my first boyfriend!
We went and saw B52’s w/ They might Be Giants! It was excellent!
Hope I did not screw mine up as I sent an email and put the code in the subject line. I have never had a mp3 player and looking forward to getting one. I did a quick search on this item and they are available in 4 different colors and retail for $39.99 each. Anyway, I was in high school at the time and won tickets from a radio contest to see The Bangles. I went with my sister and we had so much fun walking like egyptians. lol
My first concert was a Alabama and Hank Williams Jr in the late 80’s we had a great time so we went and saw Alabma several more times!!!
My first concert was Big and Rich in 2007 in Marion SC loved it we had a very good time would like to see them again!
First concert was Kenny Chesney at least 16 years ago in Dubuque, Iowa. Before he was famous. It was awesome.
Jeanne, I was at that concert in Dubuque too. Small world!! If I only knew then how famous he would become!
My first concert was Big and Rich and i was in the front row and they called me on stage and sang to me and then gave me a signed guitar I was thrilled and will never forget it!!
I missed it by 6 minutes …they shut it down due to massive response 🙁

New kids on the block
JUST WONDERING, I POSTED MY COMMENT ON FB, BUT DID NOT EMAIL ANYTHING. WAS I SUPPOSED TO EMAIL SOMETHING?
Yes, you were suppose to email. You did not read all of the instructions.
as long as you got your comment posted before 208pst you can still email them.
Thanks for passing along this info. I was lucky enough to get in before they closed it. It’s a shame reading the comments on fb people have posted. People are so ungrateful. If I was running the thing I would never want to give anything away again to people who act like that.
Not sure why everyone’s talking about their first concerts here but thought I’d join. Depeche Mode in ’87 at the Rose Bowl. That concert rocked.
My first concert was in Lowell, MA and it was Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention
