POSTED FROM KELLY ON THE WALL: For all those having trouble: move your curser around just to the left (towards the top) of the yellow “Click Here” portion. You will know your in the right spot when you see bricks.com….come up at the bottom of your screen (just abve your start menu). HTH!

I mostly just use it on salads – green salad and a Greek bean salad recipe I make. There is a recipes tab on the Athenos FB page…you might find some good ones there!

Have you tried Fat Free Feta from Trader Joe’s? It’s 35 calories for 1 oz., has 7 grams of protein per serving, is $2.99 for 6 oz., and is amazing. I love feta on a spinach salad, with candied pecans or walnuts, and orange flavored dried cranberries. I usually just use a little lemon juice on it, and leave the salad dressing off. Yum!
