Ok so I went and did this deal…the Aquafresh link Collin has is not for the kind that is on sale. I found out I couldn’t use the Wellness $1/$10 coupon when using the $5/$25 coupon. Well, if you can only get 1 reward for the lifetime of your card per item…then I won’t even bother with RA then. Whats the point…kinda misleading as it doesn’t state that anywhere in the ad (unless they consider the line in the ad 1 offer per household) But each week, is a new ad, therefore a new offer Right?
At least at CVS, the offers are tracked on your receipt and I know when my limit is reached….

The Viactive 90 ct (I got the caramel) is normally $11.49 and that is what the store shelf said, but it rang up at $5.74 and the receipt says it is on sale for that amount. I used the in ad $3 coupon and a $1 coupon printed from the company website, so I got the 90 ct for just $2.74!

They are inside the trial packs themselves. And with your wellness car they are .89 cents so you get .11 overage. I started out buying one, then working my way up. My plan was to stop at 9 packs per transaction, but a cashier messed up and even though I pointed it out she gave me two packs she didnt charge me for. So now I have 11. The one I went to for this deal knows me as the “diaper lady” over the last 3-4 weeks I have gotten so many!

Aw, i hear ya!I don’t like the fact that i’m always unsure if i’ll get my rewards.. I’m new to rite aid shopping but i’m getting the hang of it. Unfortunately, I already had a problem on my 2nd shopping trip there where my up rewards didn’t print. The cashier at the store told me she didn’t know how to fix it. Went to another store and the manager called corporate for me. After over a week corporate send me only three 1$ coupons while they owed me about 5 $! The other thing that really irks me is that their vv coupons and rewards never scan and it takes for ever to get the savings (imagine if there is a line behind me) I’ve been shopping CVS deals for months and never had such a problem! Rite aid can still have great deals when everything goes smoothly. They ust need to get their act together!

I was complaining this morning (in my post above ) about how Rite Aid is so unpredictable with their up rewards and how it doesn’t print for some of us sometimes. Sure enough, I went today and did the PG deal (buy 50 get 15 up rewards) and the rewards didn’t print AGAIN! I used a lot of coupons but my total was almost 53$ before coupons. Thank God i had a great manager who gave me a 15 $ gift card.

okay.. just had a horrible experience at rite aid! i went in for the butt paste, hormel compleats and the perscription GC. I tried to transfer my bc pills, but since I just filled my Rx somewhere else they cant fill mine at rite aid until the 15th at the earliest. The coupon expires on the 11th. So incase you didn’t know.. you have to fill the Rx to recieve the GC. So that went down the drain for me. Butttt two of the younger girls behind the counter were snickering and saying how I was trying to scam them out of a free GC basically. So I was pretty angry then. Then I go to purchase my items at the front desk.. and I guess the girl was new and overwhelmed by my coupons and called a mgr. He took all my coupons somewhere and came back and had a stack of coupons I couldn’t use. Including the $3 video butt paste coupon, and both my video and man. coupon for 2 hormel compleats. (one was $1 off and the other $.55) All he told me was I couldn’t use them and wouldn’t explain.. and I’m not a griper so I bought the stuff full price and ran out!
I called customer service and explained everything and they’re supposed to get back to me. But I wanted to see if anyone on here has gotten the butt paste Free eventhough the policy says no coupons exceeding the amount?
And can you use 2 of the same coupons on two items.. like 2 save $1.00/2??
And lastly can you use the $5/25 and then use the $4/20?
Because they didn’t let me do any of these. I’m not a complainer like I said.. but I really felt like they were RUDE as all get out. (sorry to say but the town I live in is very racist, and I felt attacked today) Ughh.. sorry this is so long.. but any insight from yall would be helpful.. Thank you!!

Wow! Sorry that was so bad. I’ve had some bad ones as well. It always depends upon so many factors, like the clerk who rings up your purchases, the manager that has to be called, etc. etc. Yes, you do have to wait until you are right at the renewal date on your prescription to transfer. We had to go through that a few days ago and it was a pain since it wasn’t our fault that the 2nd prescription could not be verified and had to sit around for 4 days (no one called us to let us know there was a problem).
Anyhow, if I were you I’d return the things that you have not opened yet, then take your coupons to another Rite Aid and start all over again. Just make sure you follow each coupon to the letter (sometimes I take out my magnifying glass and look at the fine print) and you shouldn’t have any problems. At least, let’s hope not:)!!!!!

The $5/$25 and the $4/$20, I personally do not believe they can be used together. Some people read the policy different than I do and state that you can, and apparantly it works. But I have never tried.
As far as the 2 $1/2 on the same items, you would have to buy 4 items for it to be legit.
But I will say RA customer service has helped me before. I had a RA that would not take ANY internet coupons, or ANY VV q’s cause the manager said “people can make copies.” Yes, people can, but I don’t. I got a call a couple of days later from the regional manager and she apologized. I have never had a problem there anymore.
I hope you get some answers from Customer Service.
