UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Fisher Price Customer Relations. They encouraged everyone to try back a little later today if you cannot get through now. She assured me that they have a large supply of these cars so you should be fine waiting until this afternoon to request this freebie.

Yes. I had closed it last night then opened it back up this morning (around 7:45 central) and tried a few times. No luck. I left the window open and tried at 9:45 and it worked.

I am NOT a happy camper. I tried several times yesterday… even got all the way through to the point of entering my address and then it would time out. I saw your note about talking with the Customer Relations people and them telling you they had plenty. Well, obviously not “plenty enough.” I tried again and again last night and then to find out today it’s expired… well Fisher Price/Mattel… that sort of stinks!

Considering they were offering something for free, with free shipping, no other purchase required, no coupon codes, membership or special emails necessary and it probably got posted all over the Internet…I could see thousands of them being snapped up in a day and a half. I understand that it’s really disappointing when you think you’re going to get something and you don’t, especially if you tried to get in on the offer early and couldn’t through no fault of your own, but I wouldn’t assume that the Fisher Price reps were being dishonest about the supply.

I just got off the phone with customer support and she said that they were all told this morning that the stock had been depleted and that the website would be changed and no one would be able to order anymore. She was very surprised that I was even able to get to the page anymore. She also said she wasn’t sure if the order would be processed or not since they were told they didn’t have anymore. So to me that means that maybe any and all orders placed today may not be processed. I don’t know why it’s still working for me but apparently it shouldn’t be. Here’s hoping you all get them!

I just received mine today. I feel really bad, because I did not think I was getting through. I never received the confirmation page. Halfway through my 8 hour struggle to place the order, I changed the shipping info to my son’s name since he loves receiving mail. So today, I actually received two Trio Cars in the mail, one in my name and one in my sons.
