Gymboree and The Children's Place Sales!

This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 at 2:00 pm.

Woo Hoo! Two of my favorite children’s clothing stores, Gymboree and The Children’s Place, are currently hosting some great sales!

Through Labor Day, Gymboree is hosting the Everything 30% Off Fill-A-Bag sale both in-stores and online! If you prefer to fill your bag online, there is a $5 flat rate standard shipping and handling fee. Also keep in mind that for every $50 spent at Gymboree retail stores, online or at a Gymboree Outlet, you will receive $25 worth of Gymbucks to be used from 9/30-10/10.

Through Tuesday, September 7th, The Children’s Place is hosting $5 days…you can snag select t-shirts, tank tops, long-sleeve shirts, and even lunch boxes for only $5. Plus, spend $50 or more and snag FREE shipping with the coupon code FSLABORDAY2010 at checkout.

Don’t forget you can even sweeten the Children’s Place sale even further by going through ShopAtHome! You’ll get 5% Cash back from your The Children’s Place purchases! Just go on over here and login or register, then in the search box type in The Children’s Place.

**If you end up heading to The Children’s Place to shop today, make sure to bring along this 20% off coupon (expires today, 9/1!)!

(Thanks, Fabulous Family Finds!)

I received a 20% off your total purchase from Gymboree in the mail on Friday for their Baby Sales. I was able to use it with the 30% off everything and paid $70 for $215 worth of clothing and received $25 in Gymbucks. I was thrilled — Gymboree clearance prices are worth the money— Full price?? NEVER!

heading to chidlren’s place when kids wake from nap… got 20% off coupon to use and need to stock up on long sleeve shirts and layering shirts thanks for posting this deal

I went yesterday & YES Gymboree stacks their 20% mailer coupon + 30% fill a bag deal. Our Gymboree here in Austin had lots of pj’s from this past Spring & Chirstmas. I walked out spending $56 on 2 pairs of pj’s, 2 full outfits & a shirt. I love shopping at Gymboree when they have great deals (that’s usually the only time I can afford it).

You may also be able to snag some stuff from the back if they’re not busy. The giraffe line is SOOOO INEXPENSIVE and the Citrus line is as well. Just to let you know if you are wanting to stock up for next summer. :) Good luck!!!!

I already ordered twice for this sale. Gymbo is one of my all time favorite kids clothing store. I’ve been shopping at Gymbo for 5 years now and still love them. :) Especially, I can’t pass their Fill-a-bag sale, Circle of Friends sale, and Thanksgiving day sale every year with extra 20% off coupons.
Oh, and everytime you order from them online, don’t forget to order with a baby gift box(free with purchase) which including a 20% off coupon expired 8/31/11! (you can order them even with adults or kids items):)

Thanks for the tip about the boxes….I did not know that!!

      • Karin says:

You are welcome. You can stack those coupons with their no code-needed sales like Baby sale, Fill a bag sale, Thanksgiving day sale, back to school sale, etc. for more savings(but can’t use them with Gymbucks redemption or Circle of friends sale, b/c those sales are code-needed. Just make sure to choose baby gift boxes(boy, girl, or uni), NOT regular gift boxes, because regular ones doesn’t come with coupons.

“Gymbo” is making me giggle. :) Thanks for the tip about stacking the coupon from the gift boxes – wouldn’t have thought you could do that! I order stuff online from Gymbo (hehe!) all the time but just decided on my last order to ask for gift boxes too…I was pleasantly surprised to find the coupons inside! :)

      • Karin says:

Hehe, Gymboree fans call them Gymbo for short.lol I have been ordered anything with baby gift boxes. :) So I never order without coupons. :)

    • kristen says:

Do you know if they have the boxes in store, too, or only online? I hate paying for shipping so I always shop in the store!

      • Anonymous says:

I haven’t asked about the baby gift boxes at the store(there’s no store near me), but pretty sure the store has the same boxes, so worth a try.

  • Brenda says:

When did you get the mailer for the 20% off? Is it the one that expired on 8/31/10?

  • Liz says:

Does anyone have a coupon they will not use? I have 2 under 2 and this would really help!! Thanks

  • Jasmine says:

On the socks for Gymboree it says “Special Offer.” Does anyone know what that offer is?

    • Michelle says:

Normally socks are 2 for $15 and I believe thats the special offer they are referring too, but with the 30% they are cheaper than that right now.

  • Michelle says:

Anyone have a Janie and Jack coupon or code to share, or tips for shopping there? I want to buy a couple items but they are sooo expensive!

    • Karin says:

I don’t think they have any coupon offers for now. Most recent one was expired on 7/31. Sometimes they offer some freeship code like Free shipping over $75 or $100. If you take Gymboree’s Play & Music classes, you can receive Gymboree, Janie and Jack, and Crazy8 coupon booklet(all 20% off, one coupon each store) along with P&M class passes. I love Janie and Jack clothing! Normally, they have average 25% off from their lines about 6 weeks after they were released. Then in 7-10 days, they have more discount on them, so I could buy alot then. Other than that, they have occasionally sales like Additional 20% off, Labor day sale, Fall sale, Friends & Family sale(25% off everything), Thanksgiving day sale(25%off everything), Season Finale sale, etc. I recommend that you should join their mailing list.
