  1. Amanda S.

Yay looks like a good week at CVS again. Question: Did anyone use ECB to pay for their Shick Hydro Razor rebate and get their rebate back? I did with mine, but yesterday I got a letter from them saying I didn’t buy it during the correct dates. I purchased it when Collin posted the great deal about it being a $8MM and I know I circled the date at the bottom of the receipt but I think my total was like $2.00 so I am thinking that’s why they didn’t send my rebate. Of course this is the one reciept I didn’t make a copy of too. Ugh. 🙁

    • Shannon

I did receive my rebate. Try calling on it. They have really great customer service. Yeah, I’m like you. It seems like I always make a copy of my receipts except when I need it!

    • Jaime

I received my rebate of $8.99. I bought mine at RiteAid and paid only 2.99 after sale price and coupon.

      • Amanda S.

Thanks for the idea! I will call them on Tuesday because I just checked again and I purchased and mailed the rebated on Aug. 12th so that meets their deadline. Maybe someone over looked the date at the bottom of the reciept even though I always use a pink highlighter to mark them… IDK. I kinda think it’s funny that it only takes 3 weeks to deny the rebate but it takes 6-8 weeks to process. LOL. But even still I only paid 97cents for it so it was still a good deal. 🙂

        • Lisa

Be careful about using highlighters on receipts. a lot of times it will make the print disappear! Just an FYI from experience:)

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

            Good advice!

    • Amber

I received my rebate check about 2 weeks ago. I bought a combo pack from walmart that had the shaving cream, a razor and a pack of razor blades. I thought I would have a problem using that purchase to get the rebate but I guess not.

    • Tara

Their customer service is really good, I would call. I paid $5 for mine, used a $5 coupon and bought some other items but my total was only a few dollars that I paid out of pocket. When I got my check it was for FIVE CENTS! I called and she said that it was an error on the computer’s side and she was going to resend the check for me.

      • Tina M

Tara, what number did you call? I have the same problem that you had. TIA

        • Leslie

My mom had the same problem about the dates. She called the 1800 number on the back of the shaver package. I think it is 1800shavers. I can’t remember. They looked at her rebate submission and said they would be sending out a check.

    • AMY

i got a letter on mine with them saying the receipt didn’t have a date. i had made a copy of mine, but had put the upc over the date, not realizing the date had been covered, so they told me to bad and that i won’t be eligibley since i couldn’t prove my date. i told them id remember that when hubby needs another razor because he didn’t care for this one and with this issue of the rebate, i’d probally not buy another. i know of others who got letters similar to mine with date issues. to bad i guess

      • Tina

I didn’t pay a cent for mine with sale and coupon and I got the full amount of the rebate. I remember someone calling the manufacturer and asking if the coupons would be deducted and they said yes. But how can they tell on a receipt if you purchase multiple items and use multiple coupons? And further more if they don’t deduct the coupon in that case…how can they on others. I only had two items and I only paid .99 cents for both.

  2. Christy Myers

Hopefully the $2/2 Desitin Q works. The one in the ad is 2 oz but the coupon says it excludes 1, 3, and 4 oz but says nothing about 2 oz. Weird.

  3. Shelly

What time on a Saturday do the next week prices kick in??

  4. nicolle

I purchased my razor @ 8.99 used the 5.00 off coupon and ecbs i paid 0 and just got my check for 8.99 in the mail yesterday 🙂

  5. Diana

How long ago did you submit your rebate? I have been wondering the same thing I used coupons and paid very little oop.

  6. Andrea

I need help in finding the largest amount of diapers for the cheapest price on Pampers Cruiser diapers size 4 . I used to get Huggies diapers at Costco for a great price but I discovered that I love how the Pampers Cruisers work on my son. Unforntely they don’t have those kind of diapers at Costco. I noticed $10 extra bucks at CVS for getting diapers at CVS, but I am not sure if that is a good deal or not ?? Does anyone know where there is a great deal on diapers right now. Thanks ! =)

    • DP

I will keep my eyes open.

    • kim

do you have a lot of pampers points? you can get $3 off at diapers.com with only 150 points, and you can use as many as you can get!! plus they have ecoupons, and free shipping when you spend $49. I should be getting 116 size 5 and 306 wipes for $10. an option if you have a lot of pampers codes.

      • Christy Anne Myers

Question: If I have enough points for lets say 10 discounts I can use them all in one transaction?? I might have to look into diapers.com.

      • Andrea

Kim, I have a lot of points with pampers, so you can get as many $3 dollars off coupons all to be used on one purchase or one transaction like the person said, so you don’t have a limit like in other stores where it is one manifactore coupon per item only?? Thanks for your idea, I may have to look at that,

Christy, you say that the CVS deal is a good one, I will have to see what best way to use that also. The one problem is finding a large amount of diapers at CVS for the price. I want to find at least 100 diaper box at least, not the 64 count, doesn’t seem like a good deal for that size

Thanks for all your ideas, and if anyone else has more ideas, keep them coming, I am wanting to really stock up on diapers so I have less trips to the store for diapers ! =)

      • Mary

Thank you so much for this tip, I was a bit leary at first, but I ordered a box of size 3 baby drys, a tub of wipes and a travel size of wipes (to get free shipping). Cashed in all my points and wound up paying 1.47!!!!!

    • Christy

Andrea-the $10 ecb on Pamper’s is a really good deal. I used to by them at Sams, but when you break down the price per diaper, its’ MUCH less expensiver (something like $.26 per diaper at sam’s to $.14 per diaper at CVS when they have these deals). My daughter also wears size 4.
      Good Luck, Christy

      • couponlovingmommy

ditto. If you’re spending 14 cents or less per diaper on size 4’s you’re getting a good deal.

    • Jennifer

My favorite way to do Pampers is to buy the jumbo packs, the smallest packages. They are the cheapest and you can use a 2 or 3 dollar off coupon per pack. That almost always makes it the cheapest. 8.99 is an okay price, but sometimes they go on sale for 7.99 at safeway or randalls. just stock up on that size when they have a good deal.

    • Chelle

Target had their Cynthia Rowley diapers on clearance for $6.48 (size 4 has 23 diapers). Pampers wipes were $2.39. I used my Target $2 off any boxed diaper & wipes with a Pampers $2 off any diapers & wipes. I got both diapers and wipes for $4.47!!!! I used all 10 of my coupons for this deal. Go check out your Target, these diapers are just like the cruisers but cute!

    • Jennifer

if you have a parents magazine (or parenting might have them too), then there should be a coupon for 20% off at amazon. do the subscribe and save (saves you 30%) to get 50% off. this is the best deal i have come across. the 20% is good only on the first pack, but the 30% is still a good savings. i have twin boys and we are using the luvs (VERY similar to the pampers)-you should give those a try. the best part is that they get delivered to your door (usually the very next day!!) how exciting is that?? 🙂 good luck!

      • Andrea

Thanks for all your great ideas on getting good deals on diapers, I am excited to get my diapers this week !! =)

      • Amy

The Amazon diapers coupon can also be stacked if you have the coupons starting with different letters.. I got my last box of 100+ Pampers Size 4s for $0.97 shipped! 🙂

    • Jill

The baby deal she posted–buy $25 and get $10 ECB includes the pampers box of diapers. They’re $20 this week, you can add 2 Desitin, use the $2/2 Desitin coupon and a $1,50 Pampers coupon (if you have one–I seem to have quite a few from recent P&G inserts), and the lot will be $11.50 after ECB’s. Scan your CVS card at the coupon machine too–it’s been giving me $4/$20 every time lately.

    • Sherrie

Amazon deal Collin posted a few weeks ago… One of the coupon codes have expired but the other two are valid untill Sept 30….I paid $3.55 for 96 diapers (pampers)

      • Andrea

Thanks for all your help everyone. What date had the amazon codes posted on the blog to get those great prices on diapers at amazon. I missed those, so I don’t know where to get them and how it works. Thanks again.

    • nikki

      Andrea,
My hubby and I will only buy diapers at our local target, with the double coupons they accept its really cheap I usually only spend about $5 per pack, and most of the time if i buy more than 1 pack a Catalina coupon prints out for $1 off (target coupon)

  7. DP

I went to CVS and 2 Dawn DD with $1.25 mc’s (which I will register on their site to help wildlife) and 1 As seen on TV massage pen .51 MM Grand Total-.27 and then I got a $1 EC for my tag use =.73 MM!!

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

  9. MICAELA

  10. Texas Chick

Is there a limit on the Sobe? I saw one ad said limit 6. Does that mean 6 per transaction or 6 per card?

    • Mrs. B

at our local cvs is 6 per day with the bogo coupon you should get 12 total. the next day you can go back & get more, so its not by your card.

    • Krystal

It’s 6 total drinks per day, so 3 offers.

      • Mrs. B

krystal- it must depend on the cvs.
our cvs has their limit of 6, but since there is the b1g1 coupon the limit is 12. so 6 from their promotion & 6 from the coupon.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How do you get the BOGO from Sobe. couldn’t find it on the site

      • Mrs. B

        https://headsortails.sobe.com/
play the sobe game. you dont have to habe a code. most people are winning a printable buy 1 get 1 free coupon….you can print twice…pair that with the b1g1 free sale at cvs = 2 free.

        • amrmymom

How do you get it for free I have coupon bogo ?

  11. Erin

    Minus 4.00 cvs machine coupon
    Minus 10 ECB
    = 12.00 oop…

anyone have any better scenarios?? i really need diapers this week!! 🙂

    • Erin

oops, forgot to mention this is for huggies diapers…

      • Tara Ss

unless you need to wipes or the lotion you could leave that out. the 4.00 cvs coupon is for the jeans isnt it?

        • Erin

no, the 4.00 coupon is for purchase of huggies diapers and wipes…

    • Andrea

I am looking for a good scenario for getting some diapers this week too ! Do you know if you get 10 extra bucks for each $25 dollars you spend? I need some great diaper scenarios with pampers cruisers size 4 !

      • Leah

You could leave out the lotions or wipes and then you would have a little less OOP. Or, if you’re signed up for CVS emails, I got a $5/30, which would help w/ this scenario.

      • Rose

Well, right now, the limit on the baby deal is Limit 1. Sometimes the limits are increased, but we won’t know until someone posts that they did the baby deal and the limit was not reached on their receipt.

Anyway, my sister is about 10 weeks along, so we’ll both be doing the deal so she can start stocking up on diapers. The only coupons I have are for Pampers, so this is what we’re both doing on our cards –

        $20.00/Pampers – probably size 2
        $5.00/2 J&J lotions
        = $25
        -$4/20 emailed coupon
-$10 in ecbs (rolling them from previous deals)
        -$3 Pampers homemailer q
-$2 (2 $1/1 J&J Lotion q’s…not sure on insert, but I know they exp soon)
        = $6 & tax. Get $10 ecb back

        • Andrea

Nice !!! That sounds really great ! Wish I had all those coupons that you have to do that deal also but I used all my extra bucks on a previous weeks deals, all out !! Also I only have at best $2 off diaper coupon for pampers right now, Well, good for you !!! Need to re stock up on my extra bucks !!! Thanks for the great deal ideas.

    • Amy

Erin, I would grab the $1.50 travel size Huggies wipes instead of the $7.99 pack (you can still use the $4 off CVS Huggies diapers+wipes coupon because it does not have a size restriction!). So if you take off the $7.99 wipes (and $2 off coupon for the wipes) off your order, you’ll only spend $7.50 OOP and receive $10 ECB. Just a suggestion…….happy shopping!!!

    • Amber

I went to CVS today also needing diapers. This is what I ended up with:

      1 box of huggies (size 5 70 count) $20
1 travel pack of wipes $1.79
6 Sobes (thats all they would let me do)
1 box of sinus medicine (75% off) $1.36
      2 J$J lotions $5
      -$5 off $30 purchase email
      -(2) $1 off J&J lotion mqs
      -$3 off huggies mq
-$4 off purchase of huggies diapers and wipes cvs q
      -(3) BOGO sobe qs
      -$9.99 EBCs from last week

Paid $4.48 for everything and got back $10 in EBC. All in all not a bad CVS trip. I’m heading back tomorrow since I printed out a $3 off grocery purchase of $10 q from magic machine and I have a lot of Sobe qs.

Thanx Collin for all of your hard work!!!

    • Nicole

      20.00 diapers
      3.49 huggies wipes
      2/5 johnson lotion
      = $28.49
      Minus 3.00 box diaper coupon
Minus 0.75 huggies wipes mailer coupon
      Minus 2.00 lotion coupon
      Minus 4.00 cvs machine coupon
      Minus 10 ECB
      = 8.74 oop…

However, I also had a $5 off $30 from recycle bank so I purchased the free razor and basically got $5 off the amount above.

  12. Maurine

Check your email for a 5.00 off 30.00 coupon! I pretty much never get CVS coupons in the mail, so this was a nice surprise!

    • Erin

i never get those coupons!! i didn’t even receive the $4 off $20 coupon when i initially signed up!! kind of upset about that…

      • Anonymous

I didn’t either! I thought I was the only one!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Check out
        http://www.iheartcvs.com
to print coupons ! I believe they all expire tomorrow. There is a $5/20 coupon & more. They work just fine at the register.

        • Leah

I thought the Qs were card specific…?

          • Shannon

If they were card specific…then why don’t they have the card numbers on them?

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So what if it doesn’t have a card #! Why would you continue to use coupons that aren’t meant for you? When I get my email coupon, it prints with my name on it. The coupons from IHeart do not. And I’m sure CVS can trace those unnamed ones back if they wanted to. Besides, this disclaimer is on the bottom of the coupon :

CVS/pharmacy will not accept offers printed from unauthorized internet postings or reproductions, copies, or facsimiles of this offer. This coupon is the copyrighted property of CVS/pharmacy; it is intended for use by ExtraCare cardholders who subscribe to the CVS/pharmacy email program and have received this message directly from CVS/pharmacy. CVS/pharmacy reserves the right to reject any coupon presented by parties outside of the original distribution list. Original coupon must be relinquished at the time of purchase. Coupon is void if copied, transferred and where prohibited by law.

          • Leah

I’m pretty sure the card numbers are part of the bar code, which is why the $x/$x coupons will beep if scanned w/ the wrong card.

    CVS— NEW SOBE POLICY!

I just got back from CVS and the cashier and manager there know that I use the BOGO Sobe coupons and they showed me a brand new policy from corporate. According to the new policy, there is a limit of ONE SOBE BOGO coupon per customer. There was some disagreement between the 2 people (cashier and manager) as to the ability to ring them up separately and count each on as a different customer, especially since you need to use your CVS card to get the BOGO CVS deal. So be aware and ready in case you are told that you can’t use more than one coupon. Of course, you can always get 1 for free with you CVS card and pay for the other one, 🙂

    • Christy Anne Myers

Thanks! That’s weird that they limit them since they get reimbursed. Luckily I only have 1 bogo and 2 free q’s that were mailed. We’re just a family of 2 so we don’t drink a lot of them.

    • Reagan Collum

I have had no luck on the Sobe bogo with the bogo coupon at CVS since the Q came out. The first time I went to use it the girl showed me a note from “corporate” (Don’t think it really was) saying the Sobe coupon was a fake. I haven’t tried again.

      • valerie

one day I went to cvs to use the sobe bogo coupon and the manager was checking me out and said sorry I got an email saying that we cant except those coupons and doritos coupons plus bogo coke coupons, I dont quite understand before that day i went almost everyday to use two or three coupons. After the manager said that i went to two different cvs stores and i had no problem. Anybody else have this happen?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My store never sets a limit. I usually get 12-16 at a time when they have these sales a couple times a week. I also have a VERY coupon friendly store.

        • Rita

call cvs customer service from your cell phone (number on back of your card). They will call the manager and explain that CVS will gladly take your BOGO coupons, then they will apologize to you. Guaranteed…this works and takes less then five minutes…the bonus is that you will never have problems at that CVS with that manager again. T

    • Nicole

Got 6 on Sunday with no problem.

    • DP

I got mine today no problem! I won’t say how many – don’t want the Hipsters to flame me again 🙁

  14. Mitch

There’s my Sobe deal! And last time, 2 weeks ago, I was able to get 12 free a day!
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

  15. Katie

The Wisk detergent was $8.99 at my CVS in Maryland. That makes it $1.50 each if you have two $3 coupons. I think that’s a great deal!

    • Mary

Or you have until Monday to hit up a Family Dollar (I went to the one in Glen Burnie, they were almost out of reg but had HE), its on sale for $4 and you can use the $3/1 q and get it for $1!

    • jrgautreau

The Wisk was $8.49 at my CVS. But when I gave the cashier two $3.00 off coupon I was told I could only use one since the other was free. So I voided the transaction.

      • Shannon

The Wisk rang up for $10.39 here. I wonder if they made it the wrong price.

  16. Mary

I have NEVER had luck with the Sobe q’s at CVS. Even though Target hasn’t been having the $5 GC deal, I still use them there. When you get a few TQ’s as well, its not a bad deal…

  17. Kimmy

STRIDE GUM BOGO COUPON IN THE 5/16 SS!

  18. brooke

heres my scenario.. im excited about it so i’ll share!
    trans 1
    huggies diapers $20
    2 cvs wipes $5
    -$3 huggies coupon
    -$4/$20 email coupon
    pay $18 oop
    get $10 ecb

    trans 2
    4 boxes cereal $1.77
    1 scott paper towel $4.99
    -2 1.50/2 cereal coupons
    -$1 scott coupon
    =$8.07
and use my $10 ecb from the 1st trans, so really paying about $18ish and getting all things that we need!! you cant beat that for me! especially since before i started couponing i would spend $4/box cereal, $15/paper towels, $40/diapers, $15/wipes.. I’m loving these savings! Thanks Collin for your help!

  19. Mrs. B

FYI- went to cvs this morning I was able to get 6 sobes for free. also, another $3 as seen on tv coupon printed out from the coupon machine, I just got one 2 days ago…..so that was a nice surprise.

  20. Tina

I was only able to use one Sobe coupon today. The cashier said that they had a big meeting and that they could only accept one. He said a lady came into their store and totally wiped them out, so they changed how many coupons they would take at one time.

  21. Leah

There were peelies for a free Schick shaving cream w/ Schick razor purchase on the Schick 3s and 5s at my store today. Retail on the shaving cream is $3.99.
I had a very successful trip today: 10 Sobes, Schick 5, Schick shaving cream,. shredded mozzarella, 12 eggs, Trident gum, and Gold Medal all purpose flour for $.27! I walked w/ 4 ECBs, too. You can probably guess that I wasn’t given any trouble at my store for multiple Sobe BOGO Qs.

  22. Shannon

    Did everyone get the
$3 /10 (food purchase) at CVS in the coupon machine today?? The lady told me to go scan my card & I was able to use it with my SOBE drinks. I paid only $1.09 and saved 73.57!
    I purchased:
    5 Airwick’s 4.99 (.99 with coupon)
    12 Sobe’s all free w/ B1G1f coupons
    -1 $4/20 CVS Coupon
-1 $3/10 CVS Food coupon (it ate into my tax!)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I tried using two $3 off coupons and the register beeped. The cashier wouldn’t take it. I told him to cancel the wisk. It was weird, because I was able to use two last night at another store.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got the 3 of 10 for grocery too, and got coke, peanuts, sobes, the register beeped, and again the cashier refused to take it.

      • Anne

I got the $3 off. Used it with the kellogg’s 1.77 cereals (bought 4, used 2 $1.50/2) and 6 sobe’s (used 3 b1g1 coupons) The overage went towards some other items.

        • Lisa G.

I got the $3 off $10 grocery purchase from the magic coupon machine, so I bought 6 Sobes and 1 gallon of milk ($2.99). Really good deal. I had B1G1 for the Sobes, so they were free, but they counted toward the $10 total.

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

            I got my $3 off $10!!!
I brought 3 airwicks i motions and a box of raisin bran
used 3/$4 off airwick i motions and .60 cents off the raisin bran
I paid .22 cents before tax!!
            I love Cvs!! 😉

  23. jrgautreau

I went to CVS today and tried the Desitin and baby lotion scenario and was told I couldn’t use all the coupons. The cashier said it wouldn’t take them because the manufacturer limit was reached.

    • Amy

What in the world was the cashier talking about??? Anyone have a clue about this one?

      • sal

That happened to me today too They only gave me $2 for my $3 Huggies diaper coupon. There was a big line behind me so i didnt make a fuss!

    • Nicole

I had this happen once when I used a bunch of coupons one time at cvs. The cashier called the manager and she overrid it. It’s just a extra check b/c most people don’t use that many coupons (except us, right 🙂 Not sure how many you had other than the johnson coupons but this could have been the same problem.

  24. Tina

Is anyone else having trouble using the Sobe coupons? One CVS in my area will not accept them at all.

  25. Jennifer

I’ve never tried the SOBE!! Is it any good?

    • DP

They are good! Some have 40 calories, but some have 0!! I haven’t tried a flavor I didnt like.

    • Shannon

It’s pretty good! I love the blackberry grape , the lemonade one (it’s in the yellow bottle), and the strawberry kiwi. I think as them as my “soda/sweet treat” instead of drinking soda now… and drink water also.

It’s been awesome getting so many of them for free!! Being unemployed & money is really tight.

      • Jennifer

        Thanks for the feedback! 🙂

  26. nikki

If you have a baby and have the SImilac (and other formula) $5/1 checks you can buy 5 RTF formulas and get them free or almost free (I have found they are generally on sale for $5 during baby sales) and get back $10 ECB! Always a great deal!

  28. Laura

I can’t find the 8/22 SS Nature Made vitamin coupon in my paper. Was it regional? Is there anywhere else I can find it?

    • Julieanne28

I have $3 off Nature’s Bounty Your Life Multi.. is that the one you are looking for?

      • Laura

This is the deal I was talking about:

Nature Made Vitamins or Supplements Buy 1 Get 1 Free
Buy 2 Vitamin D 400 IU Tablets 90 ct. $4.49 each (based on online price)
Use 2 $2/1 coupons from the 8/22 SS
        Final Cost $0.25 each!

Where did you get the $3 off coupon?

        • Julieanne28

They were in the paper 8/29. Collin posted the deal with them and wisk detergent a lil bit ago. I will not be using the $3 coupons, you are welcome to them if you want to email me your info to julieanne28_88@yahoo.com I will send them to you tomorrow.

  29. vmoore

Alot of times there are more products in the store available for a sale or deal. Does anyone know if the Huggies pull ups are included in the $20 diapers?

  30. Garagedealz

What zip code works for the Froot Loops coupon?? I saw it lastnight on coupons.com but my hubby’s computer didn’t support the softwear. I need to print just one please. It said print limit reached…..is that per zip code or for all of coupons.com? Thanks

    • shannon

you cant use the 1.50/2 coupon for fruit loops, the coupon is for 10. 0z or more, and the boxes are only like 8.7 oz

  31. DP

FYI, Collin, the charm is a $2.49 value/

  32. Lpmousse

So I just scored some fun deals at CVS: Gain Ultra dish soap 2 for $.39 each, and Excedrin PM for $3.49. I was supposed to get $5 ECB back for the Excedrin, but I only got $3 ECB. I brought it back to the cashier to check on it- my receipt was showing that I had purchased the 124 bottle of Excedrin when in fact I had bought the 100 capsule bottle. The manager gave me $2 ECB extra, and I was on my way. Watch out for this- always check your ECB on the way out so you can solve any issues right then. Happy saving!

    • B

does anyone know if you can do the baby products deal more than once?

  33. Mary

    Snuggie Varsity Blanket $14.99
Use the $5/1 coupon found here or here
    Final Cost $9.99

I also used the coupon I just got ( as seen on TV $3.00) and it worked.
I need to find A Rite Aid 5.00 or 4.00 off coupon, does any one know where to get one?

  34. Mary

My CVS wouldn’t let me use two coupons on the Wisk buy 1 get 1 free????? She said I wasn’t paying for the other one, so how could I use a coupon on something I wasn’t paying for? What the heck???????????
Then, she allowed me to use the buy one get one free coupons on the sobe, which is on sale for buy one get one free??????????
Is there a coupon policy somewhere that I can print?

  35. reeb

do any of you know if I can do the baby products deal more than once?
