Same here. From what I’ve seen on their Facebook page and here many people are having this problem. Hope problem is fixed soon. :/

Yes I am having the same problem, printed other coupons just fine. These are th eonly ones that won’t print. Hope they work soon, it’s a great product and on sale in my local drug store this week.

Just a Heads up – I wouldnt buy this just to get the glam bag… it’s not worth it. The bag is alot smaller than everyone was thinking it would be & the “samples” arent any good. BUT this is definately a good price if you use the products!

I laughed when I got mine…it had (2) 1 oz samples of hand cream..I was hoping for coupons but oh well…I can always use the bag for my toiletries when I travel….better than nothing.

the bag was a total disappointment this year compared to lasts. Last year, there was a full sized got 2 b product with usuable samples. This year, I got a small toothpaste and a small lotion and a cheap mirror. The bag itself is almost unusable as the quality is so poor.

I guess I’ll check back later if I have time. Would have been a nice coupon to have – my teen girls like the heat protector when they flat iron their hair (which is continually! LOL).

The coupon reached its maximum prints in 4 hours and it’s no longer available. It’s confusing on the FB page because they still have the wall post telling you to look for the coupons tab but there is no coupons tab. If you read through the 100+ comments on the wall post, they say it’s no longer available.
