SAVE TIME AND MONEY WITH E-MEALZ MEAL PLANS

How many of you struggling to pull off dinner in the midst of the inevitable chaos and tight budgets?! Well, let E-Mealz come to your rescue! E-Mealz provides a kid-friendly and family-uniting meal planning resource for busy moms and frugal family cooks. Each meal plan is based on the current sales at the grocery stores, with plan options categorized according to store and/or weight management strategy. The recipes are delicious, simple and easy to follow. Each plan is new every week and has a corresponding aisle-by-aisle grocery list. Almost every week includes a crock-pot recipe and easy dinner ideas. There are meal plans for two people, for a low fat diet, a low carb diet, and for those who are following a point system as well!

Created by Jane DeLaney, E-Mealz actually began with an idea in her head and a crumpled up five-dollar bill that she found in her pocket in 2003. She took that seed money to her local bank and optimistically opened a business account. That five dollars has become a metaphor for the negligible E-Mealz monthly subscriber fee. For parents who are struggling to pull off dinner in the midst of the inevitable chaos and tight budgets, E-Mealz is constructed to be the most practical and helpful resource available. It’s a sheet of paper- a chart with seven dinner menus- concisely written and budgeted with simple instructions. These weekly meal plans are based on your grocery store sales…provided with a complete aisle-by-aisle grocery list. Just print and go! Each one of these plans represents hours of planning, shopping and recipe testing for only $5 a month! You choose the store (choose from Walmart, Publix, ALDI, Ralphs and more)… E-Mealz provides the plan each week!

E-Mealz was nice enough to set me up with an E-Mealz subscription. E-Mealz made dinnertime (and grocery shopping) so simple. All I did was log into my E-mealz account, click on the “This Week’s Plan” link, and then download the meals and the grocery list. Each item in the grocery list was priced, so I knew exactly what I would expect to spend at checkout (and quite a few items on my list were actually a lot less due to the manufacturer’s coupons I used)! Super easy and delicious!

Thanks to E-Mealz, 7 Hip2Save readers will each win a 3-month E-Mealz subscription ($15 value)! In addition, all Hip2Save readers can save 10% off their first E-Mealz subscription…just use the coupon code hip2save at checkout (this code is valid through 10/15/10). E-mealz only charges $15 every 3 months to your debit or credit card (only $5/month) so your first 3 months of meal plans will only be $13.50 for 3 months after the coupon code! Keep in mind that this is automatically renewed every 3 months unless you cancel before your upcoming renewal date.
