Be aware that if they run out of samples/free offers, they may cancel that part of the order and send only what you paid for – this happened to me the last time. They had a special where you could order anything on the site, type in a code and get a full size product plus a sample at checkout with free shipping. I got the lip gloss and that’s all, checked my account and the other two said cancelled. I emailed and explained what I thought I was getting, and their customer service was terrific! They immediately sent me the sample and a full size product (not the original one, something different) but not only that, since I had been emailed by two different people, both of them sent me a sample and full size product! I was impressed by how they handled it. So definitely write to them if your order doesn’t include your freebies!
Hi Amanda, That happened to me, but they had sent me an email that the sample was out of stock and they were sending me a replacement that would arrive separately.
They had not told me the samples were out of stock, I found out later when I checked my account and it said cancelled, then the first person I contacted said that they reserve the right to cancel when they are out of stock. But all’s well that ends well, they were great about straightening it out. I guess the lesson is, always contact customer service, sometimes you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Wow! The customer service is great. I emailed them that I forgot to add the “tote” code to my order (after I read all the comments here) and they responded and said they would send it in 7-10 days in a different shipment!
