Kerry, I clicked on “history” on paypal.com. Its at the top under My account. It still says its just pending. It doesn’t say anything else. I may call them to see if its ever going to get shipped.
Mine is still pending in paypal too…hmmm
If this company doesn’t charge until they ship the items and the products have an arrival date of mid Oct. (as a previous post here stated) then thats likely why it still says pending in paypal under payment. My order is pending still too. I’ll give it a little longer until I complain to the company I think.

One Kings Lane charged my card 4 times today with only a .05 credit. Be aware folks of what you are getting charged for. When I orginally ordered and tried to get the $15 credit, none of the orders went through saying they were out of stock on these and then today my card gets charged for everything I tried to send through and the only thing that did go through (coaster set) has been canceled. Total charges on my card was $70. Called them and they said they will “TRY” to cancel them. I called my bank to stop payment on them. Just a heads up…you might want to check you accounts on this one.
my charge was reversed and recieved my shipment yesterday.
I received my bamboo cutting boards yesterday. They are really nice – especially for $1.95. Not sure if I will give them as a gift or keep them for myself. I checked my PayPal account and everything processed as it should!

Just wanted to update real quick. Today I received my first of 3 packages that have been noted on my account that they were shipped. I got the salad fingers and they sent a free candle as a “thank you” That was nice of them. I was charged the correct prices and hope they all are as great quality! Great Christmas gifts!!
I got my credit card statement today and was charged $16.65 for what I thought was $1.65. Anyone else with this problem?
Yes, my credit card was charged 12.90. My total was supposed to be zero. I contacted them. I was very angry, and told them I expected them to refund my credit card. I kept on them about it, and about a week later, they finally refunded my credit card for the full ammount.
Just received my “square” bamboo salad bowl couple days ago – opened it last night, and though it says it is “100% bamboo”, it looks like plastic, and is, in fact, made in china. Did anyone else order a bowl? What’s your impression? Doesn’t look like wood or bamboo to me…..
I still have not received my order. 🙁 I have never purchased anything that has taken so long to “process” and ship. Even though it was cheap, I will not be using OKL anymore. Has anyone else not received their order yet? I paid through PayPal and it says that it is still processing.
I have the same issue with a KOKO Panda I bought. The arrival date is supposed to be in 2 days, but it is still processing and no word of shipment or anything.
Weird enough, I also bought a CocoLuxe chocolate set long after that and it shipped next day. I am going to receive it tomorrow. I think they are having the issue, or the distributors.
